Relax in this Forest Pines Townhouse vacation rental in Incline Village, North Lake Tahoe, Nevada. This is an excellent vacation rental unit within walking distance to the Hyatt Casino, Incline's beaches and Burnt Cedar(Private Beaches), shopping center, grocery super market, parks, and restaurants.

Spacious, beautiful Townhouse is two stories with three bedrooms and two full baths. The sleeping arrangements are as follows:(sleeps 8) One King bed, One Queen-sized sleeper sofa, One Queen bed, bunk twin beds, one futon-full bed and one extra full-sized mattress. The unit also includes a washer and dryer and televisions, VCR, DVD player.
The Townhouse is fully furnished and recently upgraded. There is a cozy gas burning fireplace, full kitchen and common dining area. Linens are provided. The unit is an end unit which provides privacy in conjunction with convenient access to your car, the recreation center, and the beaches. The Townhouse has two marvelous decks with sliding door access, cathedral-beamed ceilings with a bright sky light and forced air heating.

The Forest Pines recreation complex has a club house,sauna and outdoor pool. There is an indoor (shared) hot tub in the club house. The Townhouse is within walking distance. The unit provides easy access to all 15 major ski areas. Incline Village is located in North Lake Tahoe close to the Mount Rose Highway. The wireless internet access is also available for laptop users.

NOTES:The Forest Pines Condominium Complex will undergo an exterior construction siding project beginning in April of 2008. The swimming pool/hot tub will be not available for summer 2008. Renters will have access to the swimming pool located at private beach Burnt Cedar beach near by.
