This charming 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium is located steps from the Village with all the shops and restaurants you could want. You can walk to dinner and watch the sunset over the ocean. Young visitors will especially like Neptune Park for picnics under the massive oaks, miniature golf, a playground, and fishing pier. And the best beach in Georgia is a couple of blocks away!
History buffs can take advantage of the many opportunities offered in the area's rich past, including: Fort Fredricka and the Bloody Marsh, site of the battle between British and Spanish forces, the working lighthouse built in 1872, and the historic homes and churches of the first settlers of Georgia - or see them all on the guided Trolley Tour of the island.
Those wishing a more active vacation can visit Georgia's finest beach, golf on the Island's 99 holes, or play tennis just steps away from the condo. You can rent bicycles (built for one, two, or four), kayaks, windsurfers, Hobie Cat sailboats, or jet-skis. Parasail above for a breathtaking view, or charter a boat for world class fishing or a dinner cruise at sunset with a little gambling experience.
Our Smoke-Free and Pet-Free condominium offers vaulted ceilings with a King-size bed in the master bedroom, queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. The living room couch also converts to a queen-size bed. There are three TVs and DVD player, all the furniture is new (2005) with top quality linens for a comfy night's sleep. There is also a sunroom for reading or a afternoon nap after your trip to the beach. We have a beautiful pool and jacuzzi with a barbecue grill for grilling by the pool, and for the tennis buffs we have two very nice tennis courts.There is also covered parking for your car for those hot summer days.
