ONE OF THE SHORTEST WALKS TO THE BEACH IN SHIPYARD! FREE WIFI IN UNIT! Enjoy a beautiful lagoon view from our spacious (over 1770 sq ft)and recently renovated (in 2008) 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa. It is just steps from one of the two pools and sleeps eight.
Downstairs is an XL master bedroom with a king-size bed, dressing area, full bath and TV and it opens out onto a large screened-in porch with a ceiling fan and full-size table and chairs. Relax on the porch while watching fish jump in the lagoon and turtles sun themselves on the bank.
Large living and dining area with fireplace, sleeper sofa, TV, combination DVD/VCR. Roomy kitchen with another table and chairs, new stove and microwave and all the conveniences of home. Full-size washer and dryer.
Upstairs are two bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a full-size bed) and a large full bath.
Short and easy walk to the beach. Six outdoor gas grills, two pools, two tennis courts, bike trails and a playground for children. Located at the end of a quiet street and surrounded by beautiful moss-draped live oak trees and lagoons.

Very spacious, very short walk to the beach is great. Relaxing atmosphere. We will definetly be visiting again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
