This gorgeous villa is located right on Palmilla golf course. With stunning views of the course and the Sea of Cortez you can't help but relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. As you enter the domed entrance to Casa Manzanita, you face a wall of windows looking out onto the Palmilla golf course. To the left of the entryway is a bedroom with a king size bed, sitting area and large ensuite bathroom. There is another common bathroom near the entrance-way. To the right hand side is a third bedroom with 2 twin size beds, TV and ensuite bathroom. Leaving the front of the house, you approach the living area. There is a couch, loveseat and 2 armchairs in the living room and also TV, VCR, phone and fax machine. There are 2 separate eating areas in Casa Manzanita. The more formal dining area has seating for 6 and the more casual has seating for 4. These living/dining room areas look out onto the pool and deck and overlook the golf course with a peek at the Sea of Cortez as well. The third bedroom has a king size bed, sitting area, TV, large closet and vanity area. The ensuite bathroom boasts a sunken bathtub and separate shower. The kitchen area has a center island with cutting board surface, Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and filtered water.
