SEE DOLPHINS from our fabulous 6th Floor Island Princess Gulf-Front, condominium home. The Master Bedroom faces the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico with a door to the balcony. The bed is an upgraded pillowtop which all our guests want to take home! The carpet is fresh and new, and the window treatments are custom-made. The 2nd Bedroom has Twin Beds, are cozy, and have a private adjoining Bath.
There is tile in the Living Room, new furnishings, and a mirrored wall which makes it seem like you are surrounded by the Gulf! We love to cook, and the kitchen shows it! We have very nice cookware, dishes, utensils, everything you need but the cook! There is a washer/dryer. For convenience and additional safety, we use an internet based Door Locking System. NO MORE DEMAGNATIZED KEYS!!
You will love the pool and hot tub which are gulf-front and perfect from our sixth floor beauty. There is also a fitness and community room! WORLD CLASS GOLF, FISHING & SHOPPING ARE HERE AS WELL!

Island Princess' location is ideal! On Fort Walton's scenic Okaloosa Island, you are only six miles from downtown Destin. There are several excellent restaurants, the fishing pier, and boardwalk are within a close distance. Tons of shopping, golf, and more world-class restaurants are close by. The kids will love the water parks, go-cart racing, arcades, the Gulfarium, museums, miniature golf, and more. On the beach, you can go a little wild with parasailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax with a good book.

Loved the Island Princess 612! Wonderful view of the beach; we watched dolphins play in the gulf more than once. The condo was beautiful and had everything that we needed. Thanks!

We stayed in this unit May 10th for a week and nobody wanted to leave. The unit was clean, fully equipped if needed and convienent to everything we needed. Great views, plenty of secure parking and a great pool with beach access. I have been going to Ft Walton for 30+ years and wished I would have had access to this unit in the past. Thank you for allowing us to be guests andI hope we can come back.
