This ground floor, newly renovated, one bedroom condo is located in Beachwood Villas and is only a two minute walk to the beach. Your family will enjoy the keyless entry system, new denim furnishings, new appliances, hardwood floors, and bathroom make-over. Your kids will love the bunk loft for a little space of their own as well as the PLAYSTATION 2 with over 20 games to choose from. This unit has two televisions and two DVD players and a library of over 50 family-friendly DVD's for you to enjoy. The deck is appointed with comfortable chairs for a relaxing view of the courtyard and tennis courts.
We also provide two Beach Chairs, one Beach umbrella, and a Beach Cart to get it there!

Beachwood Villas is nicely maintained with two lighted tennis courts, two pools, shuffleboard, a tots playground, and laundry facilities. Beach access is directly across 30-A. Situated in Seagrove Beach, it is only minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, and Grayton Beach. Several outstanding restaurants are within walking distance.

Hi Jay and Teri, I just got back from our girls weekend at SeaGrove. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed your condo. It was very comfortable. We also found Tom Thumb to be a great convenience! The weather and water were clear and we could not have asked for a better weekend. The complex was very well kept and close to the beach walkway. We enjoyed tennis and biking. Thanks so much. What a wonderful vacation! Chris is already saying he wants to come back the week right before school starts next year. Will has his first and new skim board in his bedroom, and we're trying to figure out how to hang it.
