This tastefully decorated, newly renovated condo is located in the quiet surroundings of the Surf Club on Manasota Key. This fantastic beachfront location is the perfect place to search for sea shells, sharks teeth, sunbathe and swim at the beach or in the large heated private swimming pool. At the end of a long day, there is no better venue to watch the most beautiful sunsets on the west coast of Florida!
The condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is located gulf side, just steps from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The Surf Club offers a central elevator, assigned covered parking, heated pool, fitness room, and a Gulf side deck located on the boardwalk to the beach. Amenities: You will appreciate the many additional amenities of this Clean, Non-Smoking condo such as a 47” LED, internet ready TV, a surround sound system and a DVD player in the living room. A WI-FI connection is provided at no additional charge.
The deluxe kitchen is fully equipped with a self cleaning oven range, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, Reverse Osmosis drinking water system and washer and dryer.
The roomy Master Suite has a king bed, large walk in closet and bathroom with double sink vanity & walk in shower. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk in closet. The guest bath has a shower/tub. Guest bedroom & bathroom can easily be converted to a private suite with the close of a door. Each bedroom has its own TV with cable. There are 3 large sliding glass doors that lead from each room to the spacious covered Lanai where you can dine in the cool breeze or just relax and sip on your favorite beverage.

Bella Playa condo met all our expectations and then some! We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed lifestyle of Manasota Key. Surf Club is a perfect location as far as walking to excellent restaurants and witnessing spectacular sunsets. We found the condo to be large, clean, comfortable and easily called it our "home away" for a month. The owner was always helpful with any questions or issues we experienced. The large balcony was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and late afternoon cocktails. There was always something going on at the beach, whether it was gathering shells or shark's teeth, watching pelicans diving for fish, dolphins swimming by, gopher tortoises burrowing in the sand, sail boats off in the distance or children building sand castles. The heated pool at the condo was an excellent way to end our days!! We discovered Stump Pass State Park at the south end of the key which is a true natural beauty. We also went to Port Charlotte Stadium nearby to watch some spring baseball. Your beautiful condo enhanced our vacation. Beautiful and cool mornings and wonderful sunsets. We were so relaxed and will always remember this vacation. Restaurants in the area were good. Walking on the beach every evening was spectacular. Sitting on the patio was very relaxing. Evertything we could have needed was at your condo. The TV was great and the bed was so comfy. You were great to deal with and answered all of our questions. We will definitely return to your condo on the beach again and refer it to all of our friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
