Welcome to our private, sunny, 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single family home. We are located on the water, bayside, near 100th Street. This private home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with one of the most amazing views in Ocean City. You can hang out on the deck for sunbathing or grab a rod and fish, swim or clam right in the backyard!
We have large living areas and our home is located on one of the few streets in Ocean City that has no large condos. It also has expansive open-water views of the bay (no canals!), has large outdoor spaces for enjoying water views and fresh breezes (not cramped balconies like the oceanfront condos) and the neighborhood is perfect for morning walks and safe bike rides with kids.
Because our home is located on a quiet, mostly residential street, you'll get the best of both worlds when coming to this family-friendly resort town: quiet nights and beautiful sunsets on our large deck, all while watching local wildlife in action plus the perfect location of being just a short walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to all the local attractions and the ever famous Ocean City Boardwalk.
ABOUT OUR HOME
One story brick house with three full bedrooms and two full bathrooms (Approximately 1900 square feet). Private, waterfront property with with open-water views and a 6 miles per hour speed limit so there are no fast boats or wakes to disrupt your crabbing, fishing or swimming. Large deck and dock. Permanent stainless steel ladder on the dock. Very short walk to the beach and close to grocery stores.
Outdoor Living and amenities include large, private, outdoor Trex deck installed in 2005 that overlooks the Assawoman Bay, oversized wrought iron deck furniture so you can enjoy outdoor meals, happy hours, and sunsets. Remote controlled retractable awning provides shade to deck seating area, outdoor, private hot and cold shower, and outdoor gas barbeque grill.
Indoor spaces and amenities include very bright and warm home that has wonderful views of the bay from all main living spaces, heat/AC, remote-controlled sealed gas fireplace, all windows can be opened to enjoy the summer breezes and all have custom blinds and window treatments for complete privacy if needed. Our home has a living room, dining room, sunroom, eat-in kitchen, laundry room, three bedrooms and two full baths.

Sunroom: Large Sectional Sofa with pull-out queen sleeper bed, cable TV, AM/FM/CD Player (house only, not for beach)I-POD docking station, and ceiling fan
Hall Bath: Full-size porcelain tub and shower
Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, silverware, appliances, Kitchen island seats 4 comfortably, refrigerator with bottom freezer, microwave, electric oven, and ceiling fan
Dining Room: Foldout table with leaves seats 6
Laundry Room: Large capacity front-loading washer and dryer and large food pantry. Exterior door leads to outside shower and trash cans.
Our boat and jet-ski will remain on the lifts at our dock. However, renters will not have use of the boat, jetskis or lifts. The lift does not obstruct the wonderful bay views.
PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A NON-SMOKING AND NO PET PROPERTY. Our kids have allergies, so this is something we can not compromise on. Sorry!

Great location, convenient to groceries, beach, restaurants, shopping and church. Home is nicely furnished. The view of the bay from back deck is very impressive. Quiet neighborhood. Stayed here 3 times so far and looking forward to more visits.

This house is great, very clean and well equipped. It’s a great location! Very close to all the activity of Ocean City, but on a quiet residential street so the kids could play with out the traffic worry. It’s got one of the best views in Ocean City – looking right out onto the bay (not onto another house across the channel). We loved it! Thanks for keeping it so nice. We hope to be back soon!

Nice location and a great house. This is a great place, the house is open and airy. The back is direct bay front. The location is between the two supermarkets in north ocean city, so it’s easy to get in and out, even with the coastal highway traffic. The street is quite and it’s an easy stroll to the beach. Overall a great place.
