This Condominium is fantastic, in the hottest area of Florida! Once you and your family visit, you will most likely not want to leave. It will literally take you a minute to walk to the beach, from the door of the condo. This location is outstanding for family's! The Gulf water is a gorgeous Emerald color and the sand is sugary white! Ciboney was built in 1999 and is a low-rise condo complex. It is one of Destin's premiere developments. Scenic Highway 98 is the street to be on and runs right along the beach.
This unit offers a full service kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and a balcony overlooking the Gulf. The living area is comfortable offers a queen size sleeper sofa. The master suite offers a king size bed and opens to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a queen bed. Do not worry about linens, they are provided. High speed cable wirelss/wired internet access available with encription code provided.
Ciboney has all the amenities you desire for a great vacation: heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills, deeded and private beach access. Ciboney is within walking distance of Pompano' Joes, the Whale's Tail and Captain Dave's, a coffee shop, a quaint ice cream shop and a grocery store within one half mile. Bike rental is available near-by. Scenic Highway 98 is a charming walk lined street, with wonderful homes and shops and can be walked, jogged, biked or scottered.
Like shopping? You are located 2 miles from the huge Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and the shops of Sandestin. You are close to charter fishing, many golf courses, Big Kahuna's Water Park and yet away from the traffic of downtown Destin. Restaurants provide a wide array of whatever you desire.
