First floor corner end villa with beautiful open floor plan is very spacious, with large great room featuring wet bar. Tile & carpet. There is a king size bed with plush mattress topper in the Master bedroom, two full beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa bed in the large family room -- perfect for families or multiple couples! Unit features High Speed Wireless Internet & Cable TV access for all 3 TVs. DVD player & CD stereo in family living room. A screened porch with rockers and open porch with table & chairs for outdoor dining accessed through lovely french doors overlook the Port Royal Racquet Club and Tennis Courts. Steps down access the tennis courts.
One hour of free tennis daily is included. Time must be reserved in advance at the racquet club. The beach is a simple walk (500 yards). There is a children's playground at the beach access park which also features a picnic area, public restrooms & outdoor showers. Ask about our Fall & Winter "Snowbirds" rates.

We stayed here for a conference at the nearby Westin. The location was great- short walk not only to the beach, but that particular beach access is a park with showers, bathrooms, a playground. Also if you prefer to drive not walk there is parking with meters. Very convenient. The unit is lovely- screen porch and open air deck are both small but nice for sitting outdoors. Shaded, view on tennis courts. Short walk to pool. The owner went out of her way to be nice, helpful, and was very friendly. The area is quiet, a little off the beaten path in Hilton Head- good if you are looking for a more quiet vacation, maybe not for those who want to be hear the action. It was perfect for us. Highly recommend. :)

We attended our niece's wedding at the Westin and since we spent the week, decided to rent a condo. This was absolutely a great place to stay. We had both of our twenty-something daughters with us and it gave us everything we were looking for. The unit was very spacious, clean, up-to-date, and nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the beach and there were several pool options, plenty of walking trails and shopping and restaurants nearby. Although there were several condos/units in this location, it did not seem crowded or busy. The owner was wondeful to deal with and very helpful. We were very satisfied and I highly recommend this property.
Owner response:The Westin Hotel location is a beautiful spot & within walking distance from our villa. There is also a shuttle between our area & the hotel. (Just in case you'd rather ride.) It is such a great location for so many amenities that we try to encourage our guests to take advantage of all the area & Hilton Head has to offer. What a great place for a wedding & family reunions as well. We've been coming down to the island for over 20 years & enjoy sharing our lowcountry tips with our guests. We're so pleased these guests had such a wonderful Hilton Head Island experience.

We loved the place. It is so comfortable and close to everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and space to park our bikes. We enjoyed the tennis and also just sitting in the condo watching the tennis lessons and play. Nice and quiet around here in the winter months and just a lovely place to enjoy home away from home. We can't wait to come back next year. The new owners were very helpful and very concerned about our comfort. We really appreciate all they did for us.

"This was a wonderful condo for me to enjoy with my daughter and my grandchildren who were 3 & 1 1/2. We all had a great time. It is close to the beach by bike. The beds are comfortable and it has everything one needs to have a great vacation. Betty is great & very helpful. She reccommended the pirate ship to us, however, it had not docked while we were there. However, we were able to have the experience while vacationing in St. Augustine because of the recommendation. My grandchildren loved it! Thanks for everything, Betty. We hope to come back." Carroll & her family have just made reservations with us, the new owners. Carroll is a delight to talk to & we were glad to welcome them back to our beautiful villa.
