Unit also features High Speed Wireless Internet and Cable TV. There is a king size bed with new plush mattress in the Master bedroom, and two full beds in the guest bedroom, a sofa bed in the large family room -- perfect for family or multiple couples! First floor villa, with beautiful corner floor plan that is very spacious, with large family room that features DVD, DSL, and wet bar! There is a screened porch and a rap-around porch accessed through lovely french doors which opens up to great view of the Crown Reef Port Royal Racquet Club and Tennis Courts with steps down to access the tennis courts..

Why the Owner Chose Crown Reef
My husband and I have no immediate family here in Holly Hill, SC. and my daughter had told me there was no way they would ever move from Hilton Head. At that time my husband's health was a factor, so when I began to look for something there, and after being shown about 15 properities, I knew THIS was just PERFECT. Quiet,elegant, swimming and tennis and the beautiful Atlantic ocean within a short walk. It's wonderful place to relax, enjoy great food, golf and tennis and wonderful health facilities not to mention, ladies, the wonderful shopping.The rentals are great!

I have always had vacation properities from Sugar Beach at Panama City, Florida, (world's most beautiful beaches,) to a 5 bedroom home at Kiawah Island, SC. Because of relocation to South Carolina, we bought the house on Kiawah but due to maintenace and up keep we spent too much time in the yard and less time enjoying all the wonderful things to do. We relocated to Hilton Head Island, where my daughter makes her home and has two wonderful boys that we adore and this allows us to spend time with them. At some point, I plan to live on Hilton Head and found this beautiful op to and buy this beautiful Villa which I absolutely adore and has all the comforts of home, yet idea for perfect get-a-way! Come and stay at my villa and you'll come back!
