La Esquina Villas Cerca del Mar is located in the tony Playa Langosta neighborhood just one mile from vibrant Tamarindo. The architecture of the building is a dramatic Moorish Mediterranean style faced in stucco with beautiful arches and balconies. A great banyan tree spreads out over the 70 foot pool along with lush plantings of exotic flora maintained by our full-time gardener.

This gated and walled complex of ten exclusive condominiums, with secure on-site parking, is located across the street from public access through a wooded park to a beautiful unspoiled beach and is within walking distance of fine dining and a grocery store. Bustling Tamarindo is less than a mile away with dozens of great restaurants, clubs, shopping, banks and more.

The home is professionally decorated and features an ultra modern kitchen with granite counters, ceramic stove, and new stainless steel appliances. There is a reverse osmosis water tap, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. A patio off the kitchen has a large propane gas grill. The large living room has two sofas, chair and a new Sony TV with cable and a DVD/CD player. There are stucco walls throughout the home decorated with native art. Central A/C and a washer/dryer are included in the residence. The spacious main balcony off the living room has a wicker sofa and chair sitting area and a teak table and chairs for outdoor dining with a beautiful view of the pool and garden areas. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed and its own balcony. All balconies have overhead fans, as does every room in the home.

All of this luxury is about an hour from the Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia, a short flight from many United States cities and other areas. There are local flights to Tamarindo airport from major Costa Rican cities. Langosta and Tamarindo offer excellent and exotic vacation activities, including surfing, sport-fishing, diving, snorkeling, bird watching, horseback riding, canopy tours, national parks, rain forests, volcanoes, golf, tennis, casinos, and beautiful unspoiled beaches.
