Pamper yourself and your family in this very clean, larger than average, year around, one bedroom, one bath condo that comfortably sleeps six. This second floor, non-smoking unit located at the Seville-By-The-Sea Condominium Complex is only steps to the beach and boardwalk and has a view of the heated pool. This complex is very clean and meticulously maintained by an on-site manager and the condo owners. It has a very friendly atmosphere and is family oriented. Complex amenities include heated pool, lighted partially covered parking for one vehicle, outside showers, bike rack, gas grill, and coin-operated laundry facility.
Furniture and colors throughout condo give way to a light and airy beach feel. Condo amenities include a fully-equipped tiled kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats two, a dining area that seats four, a full tiled bath with two top vanity cabinets for storage, a living room with full size sleep sofa and love seat w/recliners, two double beds, mirrored closet doors in the bedroom, two color cable TVs, a DVD/VCR combo, Stereo with CD player, clock radio with MP3 plug-in, and wall to wall carpeting.
The kitchen has plenty of counter space and the dining area and bedroom each have a ceiling fan with lights that dim. Central air conditioning will keep you comfortably cool in the summer. Gas heat is available for chilly off season days and evenings. The living room and bedroom each have a large window that opens. They provide excellent cross ventilation on comfortable days. We also provide pillows (8), blankets (3), comforters (3) and mattress covers (3). You only need to bring sheets, and towels (bathroom, kitchen, and beach/pool). We also provide 4 adult size beach chairs in carrying bags as well as 2 child size beach chairs.
Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to drive for the rest of your stay. This unit is at the heart of the boardwalk so everything you want to get to is only a few blocks away. You can walk two or three blocks in either direction on the boardwalk and find yourself at one of the three Morey's Pier Amusement Parks, SPLASH ZONE waterpark, the aquarium, just about any kind of food your mouth craves, plenty of arcade game centers, shops, sit down restaurants, and of course the beach and ocean. You can even watch the fireworks from the balcony out front, or stroll over to the boardwalk to view them. The Five Strand Movie Theater is located right across the street on the boardwalk. In addition to showing movies in the theater they show movies out on the beach throughout the summer. There will be an earlier movie for the children then a later one for the adults.
If you want to do a little sightseeing, there are lots of places to go. For example, in 15 minutes you can tour the historic town of Cape May or go a little farther and visit the lighthouse (only 217 steps to climb inside!). In 30 minutes experience all the excitement of Atlantic City, and in about 2 hours you can make the kids scream by pulling into the Six Flags Amusement Park and drive-thru Safari. You can also check with the Wildwood Visitor Center (only a few blocks away) to get information on events being held at the Convention Center during your stay as well as other activities throughout the island.
Pool hours are from 10am to 6pm daily.
This building was built as a condo building and is not a hotel conversion. Which typically means better year around insulation and larger rooms.
Fireworks show every Friday night during the summer. EXCELLENT VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY!
Building does not allow PETS.
