There are no public pathways or roads in front of this villa to hinder the view or privacy.
Punta Negra beach is a great swimming and body surfing beach that is safe even for small children and does not have drop offs or an undertow. There is an oversized lawn and patio ideal for events up to 300 people. This enchanting villa is ideal for family reunions, wedding parties or for groups of friends who like to travel together.
The villa is all laid out on one level so its ideal for children and the elderly and the multi-car parking lot is on the same level as the villa so you don't have to worry about hiking up stairs. The rates include a chef, the chef's assistant, daily maid service, a gardener and a pool cleaner.
