Walking distance to Huntington Harbor and Peter’s Landing; Bicycle, Kayak and Surfboard rentals, and a variety of Restaurants and “watering holes”. It is nice places to jog, run, and skate around town… Or just relax! Sunset Beach is a wonderful family beach community. Enjoy BBQing, sunbathe on the deck. Seal Beach pier is only 2 miles away and Huntington Beach Pier is only 6 miles away. Bolsa Chica Wetlands is less than a 1 mile away. Enjoy the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific, Museums. Beautifully maintained; perfect beach access. I rented the downstairs 3 bed / 2 bath. Slight problem with microwave as it is too tall for most of my family and a little tricky getting hot things in and out. Do not rely on cell phone service (we had many different carriers) as we would have to go out to the front of the property to make or receive calls. A landline is available in the property. Bedrooms are small but we rented it for the deck and the beach access. Everything you need is there: washer/ dryer and soap, towels, kitchen well stocked with plates, glasses utensils. Some information from ownership regarding taking out the trash on which days would be helpful as you share the trash cans with the two story home above. We would have been happy to do it had we known when. All in all, a great property, great location with many restaurants, starbucks etc. close by. We would rent it again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

This rental property is everything you could ask for and more, I already requested to rent it out for 2 weeks next summer. We had two toddlers and an infant with us and it was great being on the ground floor looking out into the ocean. The beach is the cleanest beach I ever been on and very private. Everything was clean upon our arrival we just enjoyed every minute of being there. The property is close to everything too. We went to Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farms, restaurants, and grocery stores. By far the best rental property on Sunset Beach or any beach for that matter!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We had a wonderful time! Great view! Close to bike trails, was in walking distance to many restaurants. Property was clean, well maintained. Great patio for enjoying the sunset and BBQ. I have already recommend this house to other friend and family. We also enjoyed the Aquarium of the Pacific and Disneyland, they were very close. Some confusion with the renters above us as they thought they had the whole house and bottom patio. Thanks for the great memories and we can't wait to go back. The Smiths

This beach house is fantastic! My family had a great week staying at this beautiful home. It was clean, gorgeous, spacious, and had an amazing deck view. The deck is great if you have small children, because there is a private space in the sand for little ones to play. **There is also an outside hot/cold shower for rinsing off sand that I don't think the listing mentioned. That was great. I loved preparing meals in the kitchen, while enjoying the view out of the huge plate glass doors/windows. My husband loved cooking on the large BBQ. I (mother of two boys) also enjoyed having a private laundry room inside the house, with a wall-mounted Dust Buster! (Moms know why I love this.) My boys loved it, they each got their own room; they have to share at home. The owner was extremely accommodating, and friendly. We would definitely be looking to rent this property again, and I recommend it to everyone!!

This was just the perfect location for our family reunion. The grandchildren were so excited to see the bunk beds and they were very good for them. The accomodations were great, nice deck on the beach. This property was close to everything we wanted to do, Disney, San Diego Animal Park, Getty Museum, Long Beach restaurants and more. Every day was action packed and the evenings were great relaxing points to our day at this wonderful home. One day we spent the entire day eating on the beach and flying kites. It was wonderful for us.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children.

—just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my week at the beach and I hated to leave! Nearly every family member or friend that came over wanted the website address so hopefully you’ll find some new business this way! My husband and I are in the process of trying to buy a beach rental property in South Carolina so I was noticing some of the very nice touches that may the house so nice.
