This GORGEOUS custom built home is not just kid-friendly but will also please those looking for luxury, and all the amenities of a newer home. Two master bedrooms with comfortable king size beds make it ideal for two or more families to enjoy. One is located, on the private third floor, with a huge master bath. On the first floor, your family will LOVE the large, open, gourmet kitchen finished with granite and extraordinary island/bar. The spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, and separate seating area for TV watching opens up large deck which enjoys filtered lake views and is perfect for al fresco dining. The second Master Bedroom is also located on the this floor.
Downstairs, the family room includes a wet bar, living area, three additional bedrooms and TWO full baths. Dollar Point Deluxe is a short walk to the pool and tennis courts or it is a short drive to the beach (lots of available parking). Umbrellas, BBQ pits and a roped off swim area and picnic tables make it a great spot to spend the day.

The house was amazing. We had all the conforts of home. Only 1 complaint, the beautiful wood floors need to be mopped a little better.

We found this home to be clean and met our needs very well. The separate levels allowed privacy while the living space was large enough for us to enjoy being together. The staff at Tahoe Getaways was accomodating.

Wonderful home, very welcoming, clean, inviting and spacious. The home is large enough to accommodate a large family, while providing everyone their own space if needed. Tahoe Getaways was very helpful, fielding all my questions promptly. Would highly recommend this home and renting through Tahoe Getaways again.

This home is breath taking and more than what we had expected! The pictures do not do it justice! The process to rent the home was easy. We spent Christmas in the home and asked if it was ok to bring a tree and they were very accomadating. The home has many amenities like highend appliances, heated floors, beautiful dishes, linens, spa like showers, spacious rooms, two kitchens and gorgeous bathrooms. It has a great layout for multiple families,was very clean and had comfy couches, a toasty fireplace, an upstairs laundry room and a wine cellar. The home is located about 15 minutes away from Squaw Valley which was perfect for us. Safeway is about 5 min away and Redbox & Seven Eleven are nearby. The lake is a short drive away where there are plenty of restaurants & a Savemart. This was our first time at Squaw Valley for Christmas,it was beautiful. Christmas Eve they lit up the mountain with red torches, and the ski school came down the mountain with Santa and lit a bonfire. There were carolers strolling & Santa was available for free pictures it was priceless!The ski slopes were empty Christmas day, we paid for group lessons for our children, they got private lessons as there were not enough children for groups. The home is very conveniently located, the neighborhood is great, nearby homes are gorgeous. There was no snow this Christmas however there was plenty of man made snow at Squaw so it all worked out. Two things I would recommend,window coverings on the first floor and access to the home alarm
