The Unique Benefits at this House
This home is spacious, open, and bright. I have comfortable bedding (king, queen, and two twins), new master bath, and a large kitchen and dining area. All of the amenities, such as cable televisions in the living room AND 2 bedrooms, hi speed wi-fi internet, and a large screened in lanai with high wood beam ceilings. Same floor washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen.

I purchased this home on Poinsettia Road on the north end of Anna Maria several years ago and have done extensive remodeling throughout the years. My latest addition is a brand new tropical pool area! This encompasses a shaded patio area underneath the large screened in lanai/deck area. Now you will have both the proximity to the north end beaches (just a 4 minute walk away!) AND a private poolside oasis!
