This luxurious oceanfront villa is one of only six units that comprise the EXCLUSIVE "Oceans Six" complex, and offers a PRIVATE OCEANFRONT POOL! No other property on the island can offer a pool this close to the ocean.
Located just a short walk from the Saint Simons village, pier and historic lighthouse areas, this exclusive property is for those who choose to vacation in grand style and will accept nothing less than a luxury oceanfront location with panoramic water views throughout.
The single-level floor plan is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides over 2300 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space. As you enter the foyer, you are greeted by a direct ocean view framed by 9-foot ceilings, large decorative columns, and hardwood floors. Intricate millwork and decorative architectural details abound. Directly ahead is a well-appointed gallery and dining area suited for intimate candlelight dinners, large family get-togethers and anything in between.
From the dining area you enter the oversized living area highlighted by two sets of glass French doors and three large windows providing a panoramic ocean view from anywhere in the room. While the generous amount of seating is arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views.
Those more interested in enjoying the large gas fireplace or the fully equipped entertainment center will not feel left out. One of the living room couches also converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa. Adjacent to the living room is a large, well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities and with direct ocean views as well.
French doors take you from the living area into the huge master suite with a king size bed. A set of glass French doors and five large windows offer the same balcony access and panoramic ocean views enjoyed in the living room. The oversized master bath has separate his and hers vanities, a large Jacuzzi tub with its own ocean view, and a separate shower stall.
Down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with its own oversized private bath and generous closet space. The larger of the two guest rooms has a queen bed and offers yet another ocean view from one of its windows. The other bedroom has two twins with a concealed television for entertaining the little ones. The property also has an additional half bath conveniently located near the dining area and a large laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The huge oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest. Running the full front of the property and with a table large enough to seat five comfortably, it may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
Frequent sightings of dolphins and daily views of vessels approaching and leaving the Brunswick Harbor channel make binoculars a must. The rhythmic crashing of waves 20 feet below signals high tides, and low tides offer plenty of uncrowded beach to enjoy.

Oceans Six exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures do not do it justice. The condo was nicer and larger than I had even hoped. It was also very clean. The open floor plan was great and the whole condo was kid friendly. I did not have to do anything to baby proof it for our three year old and six month old. The kitchen was large and overlooked the living room and dining area. The best part was the patio overlooking the ocean. We spent most of our time there enjoying the view and looking for dolphins. The best part of our day was having a glass of wine at night while listening to the ocean. The condo complex itself was quiet and the elevator really helped with unloading all of stuff. The condo manager and owners responded quickly and happily to any of our questions and needs. Our area of the beach was never crowded. The beach was beautiful. We hunted for hermit crabs everyday and we would see other people fishing. At high tide, the ocean comes right up to the rocks of the condo. So during that time, we always planned our day to enjoy the very private, nice pool that is practically on top of the ocean or we would walk to the village in about 5 minutes. We could have gotten there faster but our three year old slowed us down. Once at the village, we would play at the two playgrounds, walk on the pier, visit the lighthouse, eat frozen yogurt, shop, or have lunch or dinner. At low tide, you can walk on the beach to the village. If you like to run or ride bikes, this is a great location to start from. We are going to rent here again and again. This condo helped us have one of our best vacations ever.

We just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your place. The proximity to the ocean and the oceanside pool and the village was great. The place was beautifully furnished and the property manager was very attentive. We will be back!!!
