Take the kids to the country's largest waterpark, the Schlitterbahn (only 20 minutes away).

"Sunset at Sadie's" is a lakefront condo on the north side of Canyon Lake. Conveniently located, with easy access to the Guadalupe river, Canyon Lake marina, New Braunfels, and the rest of the Hill Country. However, the condo itself is very quiet and relaxing. Come join us for great sunsets over the lake.

The living room and two of the bedrooms overlook the lake. For those looking for some exercise, tennis courts are right outside your door. Enjoy morning walks down to the lake. Or jog along the quiet street with roadrunners and deer. The condo faces Canyon Lake's North Park (the marina is located in North Park).

The condo is furnished with all the comforts of home. Newly furnished. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, the front bedroom has a queen, and the back bedroom has a day bed with a trundle (in the raised position, the trundle is level with the daybed). A fully furnished kitchen, dining table for six, and a great living room with fireplace complete the picture.

  • We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset at Sadie's. The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were made up with luxury sheets and the towels in the bathroom were wonderfully soft. There was a lot to do in the area. The food was delicious, the shopping incredible, and for the nature lovers, the lake, its beautiful surroundings and its sunsets were unforgettable.

  • Hey Sadie, Thanks for having a great place on the lake available for us. Mothers Day was terrific, spacious for individual adults to read,relax and replenish our relationship. Lovely community space in living room, dinning and perfecto patio. Having a wee little sail boat to bob around on the lake(which we brought) made the shoreline view ideal. At night we had the full moon! deer, a racoon and a tree frog visit. Mark did a terific water color of the deer, I pick mussel shell for a project yet to be completed. The barbie set-up made for some yummy grilled beef fajita & chicken breast,corn on the cob and veg.kabobs. I really like the quiet calm this place emmitts, it was such a perfect mothers day with our adult kids.- neutral turf so everyone pitched in and we all focused on the relax and enjoy....Gosh, after writting this I think I'll call Linda and book another stay!
