Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Like the people and all of the accessible beaches of the north shore.
The Unique Benefits at this House
Our property is located in a very quiet area of Princeville yet is a short walk to the shopping center when you need groceries. Really like the great room where everyone comes together. It is upstairs and has a great mountain view to enjoy while relaxing.
A natural pool in the rocks usually full of smaller fish and sometimes an eel. Bring your reef shoes for the hike and swim and please avoid or use extreme caution with rough ocean conditions
Short walk to this center. Paradise Bar & Grill great fresh fish sandwich and reasonable prices. Foodland grocery store and many other small shops. Cj's restuarant of you are really hungry.
Try the Bali Hai Bar for music and drinks for happy hour.
Beautifull hotel in magnificent setting recently underwent major renovation. Have a great Luau that will post more details on when the hotel reopens as a St Regis
Great little secluded beach with a little access trail just before the entrance to the Princeville Hotel

We spent 2 weeks over Christmas at Hale Luana and had a great vacation. The house is beautiful, set in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to the Princeville Shopping Center, a community center and workout area, and minutes by car from the best beaches in Kauai. A walking / bike path extends two miles flanking a world class golf course to the St. Regis Resort overlooking Hanalei Bay. Papaya and orange trees frame a beautiful view of the lush mountains and distant waterfalls. From the deck of the house, we enjoyed sunbathing, outdoor cooking and stargazing. Robert was great to work with and very attentive to our thoughts and desires both before and after our stay. We are already planning our next visit to Kauai and we will stay here again!

Our family of 5, including 3 small children, stayed at this house for 2 weeks this spring and had a great time. The location was perfect - it is very convenient to be close to the park and the shopping center in Princeville. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable. Robert was great to work with and very responsive. We have stayed at many houses in the Princeville region over the last 8 years and we will definitely return to this one.

This home is in a perfect location within walking distance of beaches, shopping and restaurants. Our family had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the spacious accommodations. Very private home with a wonderful view of the mountains from the lanai. The large kitchen allowed us to cook most of our meals, relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Some family members hiked the Napali coast, rode bikes and took advantage of the local bus system. Truly and gem in paradise!!

My husband, son, and I spent a month this winter staying at Hale Luana. The house was great. We had stayed in Princeville before, but never in a 2 story home (it made all the difference). We enjoyed having the kitchen, dining, and living rooms upstairs with the outdoor deck and barbeque. It really brought in the light and the mountain views. I think the house is perfect for a large family needing lots of space. The price was excellent and we had no complaints.
