About this property

Stay in the heart of the Lovedale Wine District. Relax in our comfortable 4 bedroom self contained house, where everything is supplied. All you need to bring is yourself & some good company. The house is located on 20 acres with amazing views over the Hunter Valley. The property also houses a second two bedroom cottage & a residence.

With a full kitchen and BBQ available, it is your choice to stay in and cook yourself a feast or head out to the many restaurants that surround the property.

Only 800m to Wandin Valley winery & with all of the Hunter's great vineyards at your doorstep, Bob's Balcony makes for a great place to stay.

Please note on weekends we prefer a 2 night stay, when the booking is more than 14 days out.

The property also houses Wilderness Cottage (stayz #135595). Contact owner if you wish to rent both cabins & have a total of 13 friends stay.

Cozy retreat in a tranquil location

Bobs Balcony was everything we needed for a weekend away with family & friends. Perfect set up , peaceful & picturesque & close to all wineries. Will definitely be back .

Fantastic Accommodation in the Hunter Valley

We had the best time at Bob's Balcony. We stayed with our two children and my husbands parents and the house was so inviting and charming. It was neat and clean, the location was quite central and it ticked all the boxes for us. We had a wonderful getaway and Kim and her family were very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Amazing property!

I stayed at bobs balcony on Friday and Saturday night along with 7 other girls and my mum for my hens weekend. I think the house is amazing and there were so many little extra touches that they had thought of such as giving each guest towels, beach towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner on our beds and even had milk, butter and frozen ice to make us feel like we were at home! There is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and the view from our bedroom was amazing!! The property is in a great location, on the Saturday we did an all day wine tour in the hunter valley which was only a 5 minute drive from bobs balcony. For a rowdy bunch of girls I think Kim was very patient with us and still allowed us to have a nice weekend, even when we got a little loud at times! (sorry Kim) Thanks for having us!!! X
