The condo was very clean and nicley furnished.The Balcony has beautiful views of the ocean/pool and amazing sunsets. The owner was very helpful giving us many ideas for restaurants etc. I would definitely return to this property! thanks again!

loved the condo. it was very clean and had everything you needed. great view of sunset from the balcony.nice beach and bucerius is nearby with many great restaurants. would vacation here again.

I was surprised how nice the condo was when I stayed. This is a great location that is in walking distance of both tourist and local spots. I recommend the walk down to Bucerias from the condo. The beach is quiet and the tide is perfect if you like to skim-board. This condo is very clean and modern while, having a Mexican feel and flair. I would definitely stay again!

this condo is very well maintained, and realy well equiped with the kitchen utencills , glases, new fridge, every thing works, i have rented in flamingos quite a few times and this is one of the best. nicely furnished.

This was my first trip to Puerto Vallarta. My husband and I, with our three teenagers, rented this condo during Easter week, and found it to be everything represented. It's clean, roomy, comfortable, and has a beautiful view of the ocean and pool area. The beach was not crowded even during this busy week, and it is truly beautiful. We did not have a rental car, but found taxis that were summoned by the front-gate staff to be convenient. The owner is very willing to answer questions before you arrive. I highly recommend Vallarta Adventures if you are interested in a day trip. Las Caletas was a great place to spend a day for young and old alike. I definitely would go back!

This was our second time at this gorgeous property. We came back because we loved the wellkept facilities, the friendly and helpful staff, the beautiful and private beach and the stunning sunsets. This time was even better because we stayed in this stunning condo, exquisetly decorated and yet comfortable, spotlessly clean and well equipped. We enjoyed barbecues on the spacious balcony having a glass of wine and enjoying the spectacular sunsets. Truly a paradise!

Great vacation spot for young families. We vacationed here in January 2008. We found the condo complex to be very safe and clean. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The condo unit has everything that we needed and found it to be very comfortable. The sunsets from the deck are awesome. The beach area is very big and not too busy. The condo is at the end of a row of hotels so the traffic is not busy during that time of year, which we enjoyed. Loved all of the wildlife that we saw like, baby turtles, dolphins, whales, iguanas and several birds. Our kids loved it. Body Surfing was fun too.

We spent Christmas week with our family in the condo and had a wonderful time. The facility had something for everybody. The unit was clean, beautifully furnished with lots of little extras to add to the enjoyment of our stay. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent from this owner again.

This place was wonderful. The condo is fully furnished and well kept up. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area feels very safe. The beach is very peaceful and the pools are also great for cooling down. This is the perfect vacation spot!

My husband and I stayed at this condo with another couple. We had a great time. It is quiet and picturesque. At times we felt like we were the only ones there. The condo staff were helpful and kind - even with our limited spanish. The beach is flat and goes forever. It's a great beach for walks. Best beach in PV! The condo owner recommended several restaurants in the area. We enjoyed wonderful mexican meals. I can't say enough great things about this place. We were disappointed we weren't staying longer. We are hoping to return next year.

Beautiful property. Condo is everything you need while vacationing in Mexico. Decor is wonderful very nicely decorated and very comfortable. The beach is the best I have been to, cant say enough. I would highly reccommend this property to anyone who wishes a relaxing vacation.

I stayed at this property in September. I had a fabulous time, the beach was fantastic, the accomadations were 5 star. I found the location to be perfect for everything I wanted to do. There was plenty of shopping, food, and fun at every turn. The little town of Bucereas was 10 minutes away and I spent alot of time there, what a great place. I will be returning. I highly recommend this rental it has everything you need and then some to make your vacation perfect.
