If you are looking for a clean, bright unit in the "Heart of Harbour Town" look no further! This Villa has been given a gold rating by our management company. Heritage Villas are nestled along the first fairway and green of Harbour Town Golf Links that is home each Spring to the PGA's, Heritage Classic Golf Tournament. This villa complex has beautiful lagoons with fountains and a large shared swimming pool.
Included is one hour per day of FREE tennis at the famed Sea Pines Racquet Club. Walk out your back door and enjoy tennis on one of the 23 clay courts at Sea Pines or drive to South Beach, Van Der Meer, or Shipyard Racquet Clubs for the free hour of tennis.
To our guests, we offer the use of two adult bicycles with baskets and padlocks to enjoy the many bike trails around Sea Pines.
There are other activities within walking distance! Steps away is the Harbour Town Yacht Basin that is home to fine restaurants, boutiques, jewelry stores, art galleries, gift and craft shops, and, of course, beach and tee-shirt shops. Most evenings enjoy free live entertainment in the yacht basin under the Liberty Oak.
Climb the 93 foot tall Harbour Town Light House and enjoy the view of the Calibouge Sound, Daufuskie Island and Hilton Head. If you have never been to Hilton Head, you don't know what you are missing!
The departure cleaning fee is included in the basic rental amount. Monthly rentals are available from September 1st to March 31st.
