Enjoy spectacular ocean views, wildlife, romantic sunsets, all from your 250 sq ft private patio while still receiving the service and amenities you would from a high class hotel. Relax in the pool/jacuzzi, enjoy a fabulous meal at our ocean-view restaurant, or indulge in the on-site spa and yoga studio.

Smaller UPPER LEVEL UNIT features one queen bed in bedroom and separate living/dining patio with hammock, mini refrigerator, coffee maker, and full bath with indoor/outdoor shower. Approx 500 square feet. Sleeps 2. $83/night

Larger LOWER LEVEL UNIT has two double beds in bedroom and full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, island, and all utensils. Features full bathroom, and open patio with dining table for 6 and hammock. Approx. 700 square feet. Sleep 4-5. $102/night

Duplex (BOTH UNITS). $164/night

Each level boasts breathtaking views from the open patio looking out to the Pacific Ocean, its small islands, and the beaches and jungles of Manuel Antonio National Park.

This villa is within close proximity to the most pristine beaches in Manuel Antonio, the National Park, restaurants and other amenities. Also located right next to La Mariposa Hotel which charges over $300.00 a night for the same view and half the room (believe me, I've stayed at La Mariposa). This location is the absolute best in all of Manuel Antonio!

  • My wife and I along with our 3 grown children spent last Christmas at Manuel Antonio. We had both the upper and lower unit at the Villa and our accomodations were perfect. The view was incredible, the beds were comfortable and the location is prime. We can't wait to return!

  • My husband and I stayed at the Villa complex in March, 2008. We can't say enough about the Villa, it's location and views. The local people are just wonderful and there are many nearby attractions. I would highly recommend the Villas El Parque for a vacation destination!
