My husband and I rented this lovely cottage the end of June 2011 sight unseen. What a wonderful surprise to find the it is very comfortable, easy to get to and right on Lake Sunapee. Also, extremely clean, which was a big plus for us! We fished, went in the kyack that was there and enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the enclosed porch. We would love to stay again some time in the future. The pizza restaurant in Sunapee had such good food, we ate there twice! We also really loved the boat cruise with the great commentary on the lake. My husband lived in Gerorge's Mill for a short while as a boy and he loved the whole mini vacation. The property agent was great about details and all.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
