This is a lovely two-bedroom home with a separate den/office with a sofa bed on the quiet part of a private community, Sunset Captiva. We have a small citrus grove behind the house (grapefruit, orange, lemon and key lime trees) and an extensive orchid collection with many rare species. Several good restaurants are within a two minute walk. The community pool is only a three minute walk away. The beach is just a minute further across a boardwalk. Boating and fishing are across the street. The beach is extraordinary and extends for miles. This is a great vacation home for young families. We have two pak-n-plays, a high chair and baby monitor. We are at the end of a cul de sac--and the house setting is quiet, private and beautiful.
