Duneside I is located on Waccamaw Drive in Garden City, South Carolina. The property is a large Three/Four Bedroom Two and a Half Bath Ocean View Condominium. In addition to the three bedrooms, there are two sleeper sofas. One located in the entry room, which can serve as a fourth bedroom, and one in the living room. The Master Bedroom has a Queen-Sized Bed and its own full bath. The Second Bedroom has a Queen-Sized Bed and its own half bath. The Third Bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath. The entry room has a red sofa which opens into a full-sized bed. The living room has a sofa which opens into a queen-sized bed. There is a wonderful covered porch off of the living room with a table and chairs for relaxing and enjoying the ocean view.
This unit was professionally-decorated and furnished for 2006 and is in immaculate condition. This unit is a fantastic alternative to the high-priced direct oceanfront units.
RENTAL INFORMATION: This is a NON-SMOKING unit, No Pets allowed. 10% SC Sales & Accomodations tax and a $85.00 Cleaning Fee is added to the rental rate. A security deposit of $250 and 1/2 of the rent must be received no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival. The remaining balance of the rent must be received 14 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival rent and security deposit are due upon reservation. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days in advance with a full refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the security deposit shall be refunded, however, all rent shall be forfeited. If I am able to re-rent the property for the same time period, the rent shall be refunded. Linen service is available for $75. |
