This very nice, one level Cliffside Condominium is one of the few Cliffside Condominiums available for rent. You have a nice view of the Ozark Mountain foothill and a partial view of the lake.
The Master bedroom has a brand new pillow-top queen-sized bed, and also flows to its own private bathroom. The master bedroom also has a door leading to the balcony. The second bedroom has two pillow-top double beds and its own private bathroom. The living room also provides fourth sleeping area with its queen-sized sleeper sofa. At night time you have incredible views of the stars from the balcony. The balcony is large enough to enjoy a meal or just relax. Both bathrooms have granite vanity tops. Both bedrooms have televisions along with a 36" TV in the Living Room.
This upscale condominium also offers a full kitchen, completely furnished with stainless steel refrigerator, ice maker, stove, microwave and a coffee pot. All linens are provided along with bath towels.
Fairfield Bay marina offers many different types of boating activities such as pontoon boats, fishing and ski boats. Stall Rentals and other equipment for renting is available to complete your trouble-free vacation. The water in Greers Ferry Lake is also clear enough to go Scuba Diving! Swimming pools and tennis courts are located right next to the Cliffside Condominiums.
There are two very nice 18-hole golf courses, miniature golf, bowling center, nature trails, and horseback riding stables just a short drive from the main gate of Fairfield Bay. Blanchard Springs Caverns is about 30 minutes away and Branson Missouri is less than two hours away. Trout fishing is within a 30 minute drive on the White and Little Red Rivers.
If you want to stay in a very nice, private and relaxing environment then this is the place to go. We want everyone to enjoy your time at our place, but please NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
