Condominium is located at Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island which is 12 miles long and is located between Pensacola Beach and Ft Walton off of Highway 98. There is a bridge that connects Navarre Beach to the mainland.
We keep things very clean and only want renters who feel the same way! No Pets Allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the Balcony. Taxes and Cleaning fees additional.

- Balcony : Huge Balcony and since it is on the top floor, roof line does not cover the entire balcony. Amazing star gazing and ocean views at night. Great sunset views !

- Beachfront : Directly on the Beach ! It feels as if you are right there on the ocean. If sitting in the living room feels like you are in a boat. Sand dune is as high as the 1st floor, 3rd floor views are extra ordinary. You can see fish swim in the Surf and can see sting rays and Dolphins hunt in front of your balcony. Last year we were swimming about 2 feet away from Dolphins. We catch a lot of fish right in front of our unit and locals know this amazing spot and fish here as well. Plenty or Reds, Spanish Mackerel, Lady fish, Pompano and others. A Lot of beach weddings take place here as well. Please watch your step on the balcony !

Fishing charter can also be made available for an additional price but must be booked far in advance. 2 Beach Chairs and umbrella is provided for you in the unit for your use. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. The beach was beautiful and very private. Like having your own piece of heaven. The condo was a great place to stay and layed out great for vacationers. Navarre Beach was a great location between Ft Walton, Destin, and Penniscola. Several seafood places to choose from and all of them were great. We thought Flounders in Penniscola was the best. Several great places to fish at. Take fishing tackle with at least 20 pound test line. We lost several fish because of 10 pound test line. Best fishing from the pier at Ft Pickens, about a 15 minute drive from the cono along the seashore. Beautiful scenery. The bike paths for bikes and walking were fabulous. The owner was great to work with. Will tell all of my friends and can not wait til next year. Thanks again for a great week

We stayed the first week of July 2010 and was very pleased. Al probably got tired of me calling and asking about the beach conditions, but he never hesitated to answer my questions or call me back if he was unable to answer the phone. I was very concerned about spending the money for a week vacation with all of the issures surrounding the oil spill. Al assured me that if we were not satisfied then he would refund in full the days we did not stay. We were so pleased we did not cancel. The beaches were in great shape and we basically had the entire beach to ourselves. We did find a few tar balls every now and then, but they were about a 1/4 size of you smallest fingernail. They were very far and few between and I can only remember two instances where we even inadvertently stepped on one. The condo is nice and has all of the ammenities listed and was clean. The exterior of the condo appears to be aging but we were very pleased to be away from the highrise condos and the huge crowds that come with them. I wish there would have been a pool for the kids because the surf was very rough and the surf flags were red most every day. We found lots of shells and sand dollars. I took Al's advise and brought my fishing gear and fished just about every morning. I was only able to catch one redfish due to the extremely rough tide, but I don't think there was one time that I didn't either catch a catfish or have my bait stolen. I can definately see if the waters were a little calmer where a person could probably catch some good fish. Anyway, I hope that we can return next summer and enjoy the sun, sand, and surf again. Thanks Al.

We've rented this unit twice now...and have referred it to friends who have stayed here as well. The Sandollar is a great condo w/excellent beach front location, storage for beach things, and the elevator is a life saver! The location also makes dining in Navarre, Pensacola, Mary Esther, or Fort Walton/Destin very easy. The unit itself is nicely decorated and maintained, comfortable and well supplied. The photos are nice, but do not accurately reflect the beauty of this unit or the gulf view from its balcony! Definately the nicest furniture, most comfortable beds/linens we've encountered in any unit at this price point. The minor needs we've encountered were quickly resolved with just a phone call. The owner couldn't be more accommodating or helpful in every aspect--we will be back!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

Wow, what a week we had at the Sunstation at Sandollar on Navarre beach. The weather and beach were absolutely perfect and the accommodations were great. The views from the condo were breath-taking from every room including the bathroom! Well furnished, clean and comfortable. The beach was quiet and clean. A great place to relax.
