We have just spent another October at Charlotte's Cottage - our 4th year! The location is so convenient, both Admiral and Alaska Junctions (with their grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc) are an easy walk. After spending the day with our 3 grandkids, it is delightful to be able to return to our "home away from home" -- the beautifully decorated and very comfortable Charlotte's Cottage.

Immigrating from England was a complicated business and our goal of finding a house and car have been made so much easier thanks to Charlotte's Cottage. Our cat has been happy here and the facilities couldn't be better. After checking lists of house and going to see them, it has felt like coming home when we returned here each evening. It has been a privilege to stay in such a beautiful house.

Our holiday season was magical this year - in large thanks to our wonderful "Christmas Cottage" (aka Charlotte's Cottage)! Flying all the way from our home in Bangkok to spend time with our Pacific Northwest-based family can be exhausting. But an easy, wonderful check-in, a bit of time to kick the jet lag out of our systems and we were enjoying the chilly northwest December air. Our children loved playing in the yard, decorating a Christmas tree and baking cookies here at the house. My husband and I enjoyed the peaceful relaxation your beautifully decorated home provided. Thank you so very much for helping us to create a wonderful holiday season.

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the front door. Everything we could have wanted was already here- so many thoughtful touches. Restaurants we enjoyed- Circa, Mission, The Matador Walks we enjoyed - everywhere in West Seattle Location was perfect for visiting daily with our grandchildren.

We have so enjoyed our time spent here. The location is fabulous and very close to our kids and grandkids. The house is perfect for us and our grandkids can't wait to come to the "teeny house" and stay with us. We have discovered different places to eat and have met some very interesting people - some of whom are from the mid-west like us. Thanks!

Charlotte's Cottage as a wonderful introduction to Seattle, and especially West Seattle. We enjoyed our stay in this charming house and lovely neighborhood with such friendly neighbors. The house is very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the antics of the local squirrels and Rufus hummingirds that frequent the backyard. It ws especially nice to see the neighborhood transform into a Christmas wonderland of decorations and lights! Suzanne and Derek are very hospitable and ever so helpful. The twins are darling. Merry Christmas!
