We came to Fishermans Bay looking for a house near the beach.Once we stepped through the front gate of the property what we saw as an oceanfront paradise. We were mesmerized. We had found a property oozing with character with a view to die for!

50 meters away you will find a small sandy beach protected by an outer reef which makes it perfect for swimming, exploring the rock pools, snorkeling and kayaking.

Fishermans Bay and Birubi Beach offer some of the best rock and beach fishing for anglers.

The House
The house is open plan, so there are no walls to interrupt the magnificent views. This beautifully decorated house consists of 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with an extremely comfortable queen size bed and en suite and a wall that retracts to reveal the panoramic ocean view.(Please note small children need to be supervised in this bedroom).The master bedroom also has a TV. The second bedroom also has a very comfortable new queen-size bed whilst the 3rd has two new king single beds,a TV and DVD player.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave and dishwasher. It has an open plan dining room and lounge area with TV and DVD.The extremely large deck (please note children to be supervised whilst on the deck) compliments this home for summer or winter al fresco dining.
Three Split air conditioners,one in the master bedroom and 2 in the living area.

Pillows,doonas and blankets are provided.Four nights or more stay linen is provided.

More Local Attractions
Those with 4WD vehicles can explore the beach dunes of Stockton Bight and visit Tin City and the Sygna wreck. You can also take a camel trek through the dunes or horse-riding on local trails and along the beach. For overseas visitors there is an excellent zoo farm of native and farm animals in the area, and a Shark and Ray centre where you can be in the water with sharks and rays.
Just a short ten minute drive and you will find yourself in yet another of the Tomaree Peninsulars' Blue Water Wonderlands of Nelson Bay. Known for its majestic headlands of Yaccaba to the north and Tomaree on the south. These massive Headlands mark the entrance to one of the most spectacular harbours on the East coast.
From the wharf at Nelson Bay, you can take a ferry across the port and into the Myall River to visit Tea Gardens & Hawks Nest.
