We love the Outer Banks, and this is a family gathering vacation location. Southern Shores is a lovely community that is concerned with keeping the beach clean and available to those who love the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. Come and find your spirit!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
Heaven, you will be in Heaven when you vacation at the Sea Spirit....nothing as good as being at the beach. The house has everything you need; is 60 yards from beach access - a short 5-minute walk without the high price of ocean front. At peak season is less than $260 per night for up to 10 people - now that is a deal and you will not find that at a hotel!! Great for family gatherings with the hot tub, volley ball court, horse shoe pits, recreation room. Plenty of space for everyone!

We are long-time visitors of the Outer Banks and in 2004 decided to purchase a property so that our families would have a place in the sun for years to come! We rent the property May - December so that others can also enjoy the serenity and self-renewal that we discovered at the beach.

Charming beach cottage. Very clean and cozy, family friendly, spacious, lots of light and beautiful artistic touches. Convenient shopping nearby, ocean view, sand volley ball, bbq, convenient outdoor shower, love the hot tub and free wifi was a bonus. Perfect for a DC getaway.
