Located only 6 blocks from king street's exciting new restaurants and boutique shopping, this 1830's single style residence has been newly renovated with modern conveniences. High ceilings, gleaming heart pine floors, original mantled fireplaces help give our guests a true charleston experience. This apartment is located on the first floor of the house. The bedrooms are set at either end of the apartment giving guest privacy for each other during their stay. The bathroom has just been fully renovated and features a tub with shower and tiled floors. The furnishings include a mix of antiques and modern furniture. Enjoy the afternoon breezes from the piazza. There is off street, secure parking.
There are no additional fees. The apartment has an information notebook with area touring information. Check in is after 3:00 and check out is before 11:00. There are check out instructions in the notebook. The key is kept in a key box by the door. Guests are asked to contact the owner several days before check in for the code.
