Coolidge Falls is known throughout the Loon Mountain area as 'the' place to be. The grounds are without question the best-maintained in the area, with beautiful flowering plants surrounding all the small waterfalls located throughout the development.
This property is a large, three-level standalone 'home' rather than a typical multi-unit Condo - no noisy neighbors to keep you up at night (and no need to keep your own voices down!). Located directly across the street from Loon Mt., the views of the ski slopes from this property are the best in Coolidge Falls.
A spacious main level with wood-burning fireplace, large sectional sofa, and oversized reclining dining room chairs, invites your friends and family to kick back and relax. The fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, also on the main level, is open to the rest of the floor plan. The dining area is surrounded by large glass sliders that provide beautiful views. The sliders open to a large deck that is wired for cable if you need some TV with your great outdoors! There is a half bath a few steps down from the main level.
The huge master suite with cable TV on the top level has the best mountain view of all! Next to the master suite is a room that has been used by many as a nursery, a bedroom for a toddler that isn't quite ready to be on their own during the night, or an office.
On the lowest level, there are three bedrooms and two additional full baths. Two of the three bedrooms have sliders that open to the large lower deck. A foosball table is kept in the bedroom with the sofabed. A full-size washer and dryer are also on the lowest level.
This property has a private three-car driveway. Unlike many other properties in the area, there are NO exterior stairs to climb to get to the front door from the driveway.
Also included in the rental price is a pass to the pool and tennis club which has two outdoor adult pools and one outdoor kiddie pool. There are also two indoor pools and two indoor hot tubs. The tennis club has both clay and hard surface tennis courts.
Several nearby attractions such as Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Waterpark, Lost River Caves, Santa's Village, and The Flume will keep your family entertained for days. For golfers, there is the beautiful and award-winning Owl's Nest Golf Course as well as the Jack-O'Lantern golf course. There are also numerous locations for many other activities such as swimming in the rivers, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, off-road tours, moose-watching, and mountain biking.
Lincoln offers several nice restaurants, including The Common Man and Gordy's Fish House.

We went here on a student group retreat and were thoroughly impressed. It comfortably slept all 15 of the people in our group. The place is gorgeous on every floor and we loved the harpsichord at the place. Everything was very well thought out and it is clear that the owner knows how to relax. Highly recommended.

I went up to Loon this past weekend with a bunch of friends, and had one of the best weekends ever. The condo was gorgeous, and had an amazing kitchen/livingroom/master bed. It was spotless, and linens provided made things super easy. Literally, right across from loon, with fabulous mountain views, it was a spectacular first encounter with VRBO. The only negative was the bottom floor was not as newly renovated as the top two. Other than that, absolutely PERFECT! We will beck back!

My family and I have been coming to Loon Mountain for years and renting condos/homes. This home was by far the best we've ever rented! It was in excellent shape and very clean. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need. Kitchen was so stocked all I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner was the Turkey! The owner was overly accommodating and readily available for questions during our entire stay. The club house was another plus, with 2 pools and 2 games rooms, which kept everyone busy. Without a doubt, I will request this home when we return in February. Thanks Steve for the great holiday memories!!

From the moment we entered this beautiful home, we knew that we were in for a great holiday. The kitchen/dining/living rooms are completely updated and stunning. (There are other updated areas throughout the house as well.) Massive windows grant unobstructed views of the mountain. The views are amazing from the master bedroom, too . . . . we plan on coming back during the winter just to watch the skiers from bed! (Side note; the house has amazing water pressure! A small but important detail for the tired traveler that's been playing outside all day! ) The house has a lot of space while still maintaining that cozy mountain feel. A perfect place to stay and a great, proactive, landlord. We will be sure to come again.

The location within Coolidge Falls and the space of this home are wonderful. 7 of us stayed for a weekend and there was more than enough room. The view across to the slopes is beautiful day and night. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need to make a nice meal. Steve is very easy to work with and is doing renovations that will make this home perfect. The regular shuttle to and from the slopes and access to the indoor pool and hot tubs is also a huge plus. We loved our stay and definitely hope to return next year!
