The Summit North Tower 25th floor, 1600 square foot. Penthouse is newly renovated with Travatine floors throughout including bathrooms and terrace. The view is awesome. You enter into a large living room with large beige wood and rattan couch and loveseat/two rattan island style chairs and coffee table, Lots of built ins an floor to ceiling double sliding glass doors leading to the ocean front terrace. Their is a floor to ceiling beveled mirrored wall behind the couch. Glass and rattan dining room. All rooms have over head ceiling fan with lights on dimmers.
The living room and kitchen have "Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading on to the Oceanfront Terrace there are Intercoastal views of all of Hollywood to Ft. Lauderdale. Facing North. Hear the surf from all the room and at night enjoy the twinkling lights of Hollywood. The large well equipped kitchen has eat in dining area. Large floor to ceiling glass doors opening to Terrace where you can lounge/sit/dine. Large washer and dryer. The floor plan is split with two master suites living room dining kitchen are in the Middle. Master has king-size bed with 60 inch TV. and separate sitting area. Walk-in closet separate vanity area and walk-in Shower.
Second suite on the other side of apartment has queen bed with walk-in closets and large roman travitine tub. Lovely white built-in cabinets and built in office area. TV's in living room and second suite. Light airy/ spacious. A truly magnificent apartment.

Enjoyed our stay in March 2010. Condo views are spectacular. Great access to beach and dining. Owners description is accurate. Met many friendly Condo occupants. Very impressed with level of security and personnel.

5 out of 5 Stars! My wife and I were blessed to stay here for 5 weeks. The Penthouse is casual yet luxurious, absolutely immaculate, and very large. There are tremendous views of the intercoastal AND ocean from every room that bring the outside in. Head out on the large balcony, hear the surf, see the sights and you may not leave. The building is very nice, secure and has a fitness center, sauna and 2 pools. Of course, if you prefer to be on the beach - the property is directly on it! Add to all this that the property is located directly on the Hollywood Broadwalk - over 2 miles of restaurants and shops that are right on the beach. If you are into fitness, then you will love the opportunity to run/walk/bike/roller-blade the broadwalk. The owner is a delight to rent from. Her professionalism is only outdone by her friendliness and sincere desire that her guests have a wonderful time.
