Welcome to our Villa, a perfect base for a fantastic Holiday in Orlando Florida. An absolute delight to return to after a hectic day enjoying the thrills of the Parks.

Don't limit yourself to one room, by renting this villa, have the run of our two-story, luxury, six-bedroom home. Enjoy the private, screened pool, and jacuzzi spa, the perfect way to relax those tired feet. Absorb your holiday reading on the furnished pool deck area, compete in a game of pool/billiards or unwind watching the latest DVD. Whatever your choice you will not be disappointed with your surroundings.

The home has been professionally furnished to a very high standard. The Master King Bedroom has walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Downstairs, a Queen bedroom is adjacent to a bathroom, acting as a second Master. Upstairs there is a further Queen Bedroom, three beautiful twin Bedrooms and a further Bathroom. Four upstairs Bedrooms have cable TV (three of which are also DVD/CD players).

Each visit we make to the home we add extras to make your stay more enjoyable, please let us know if we can provide that extra something for you, we will always do our best to oblige. Welcome packages can be arranged through our Management Company and tailor made to your requirements. This helps enormously after a long drive or flight, having the food basics waiting for you will take care of breakfast the following day. A handy list of local restaurants who deliver, and full menus, are at hand in the kitchen if you do not feel like cooking after your journey or on returning from the parks, after all, enjoying yourself is a very tiring business!

  • just returned from florida having spent 2 wondeful weeks in your villa-walked in to a real "wow" factor feeling-loved it from the minute we stepped onto your lovely soft carpets!!the upstairs really blew us away-amazing. this is our 3rd time in florida-and think we have now exhausted it-(and ourselves)-but would most definitely recommend your house to all our friends.

  • Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful house, everything about it was fantastic from start to finish. The location was an ideal base for easy access to all the disney parks, sea world, international drive etc...(once you mastered driving on the wrong side of the road!!) The house was perfect in every way, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so spacious, the kids loved the idea of coming "home" from a hectic day in the parks to play in our own pool!(whilst the adults relaxed in the hot tub with a bottle of bud or eight!!) The estate was also lovely and so well kept and the neighbours were friendly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending your house to anybody and would absolutely love to return at some point in the future. Finally we would all like to thank you so much Paula, we truly had a holiday of a lifetime and my father in law had a 65th birthday he will never ever forget, this was largely due to your perfect accommodation and your helpfulness.   • A beautiful home set in a most convenient position only 10/15 mins driving distance of most major attractions. Spacious accommodation, well appointed, all mod cons and ideal for larger family or two families alike. Great to have own pool, kids just loved coming back from the theme parks and having a dip and not to mention the hot tub for the adults! Can't wait to go again.

  • Absolutly F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S!!! the villa was "out of this world!"... we couldnt have wished for better accomodation...the interior was spot on and the pool was extremely clean and well kept!   • Hi Paula & Kevin, Just wanted to say a massive thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable! Your home was a fantastic base for our family. Our two daughters are now teenagers & it is so important to us that we hold on to the family unit as much as possible & your home certainly helped us to achieve that, there wasn't one argument! The house offered us all the room & facilities we needed & more. A bathroom for each of us, a games room to enjoy a challenging game of pool & our very own swimming pool & comfortable sun loungers for those relaxing days to help charge our batteries to name but a few. The local ammeneties/shops were great & the location of the house was fantastic being only 10/15 minutes drive from Disney & convenient enough to explore other areas of interest that Florida has to offer. Your beautiful home gave us the ability of being able to balance between the long exhausting days of Disney & the relaxing times around the house & pool. I could go on but I think I've made my families fantastic views & experience clear however, I would just like to finish by saying that I would not hesitate to recommend your wonderful home to anybody thinking of staying in Florida!!   • Paula, We had such a wonderful time in your home. It is beautiful! I never want to stay in a hotel again. This is the way to go. All of the Disney parks were within a quick 20 min. or less ride. No traffic hassles - even for the first two weeks in July. With only four of us, many people said why did we need all that space - but why not? We could have paid more and gotten less, but that just didn't make sense!!!! Each of the kids had their own rooms to retreat to when they wanted their space. I got to go to bed or watch what I wanted on TV without the kids running around. We've never had a pool, so having one to ourselves was fantastic. It's all I could think of when we were coming back from the parks! Even the "down time" at the house was fun for the kids. We spent the 4th of July at the house having a picnic with "foo foo" drinks by the pool, hamburgers and hot dogs (purchased at one of the nearby supermarkets), and then relaxed and watched a movie in the evening. Your home has it all - great location, space, nice community, close to shopping and restaurants, and close enough that we even went to the gulf coast for the day. Almost forgot the convenience of the washer and dryer. Even though I brought WAY too many clothes, I still was able to wash the things that we needed. Just throw a load in before heading out to the pool! Anyone who would like more information can email me. I'd be happy to answer any questions. Paula is a wonderful hostess and made me feel comfortable about booking over the internet. She was always willing to answer questions and even checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. All in all, a great vacation and a wonderful place to call our temporary home!

  • Many thanks Paula for letting us your beautiful villa. The house, estate and area are all marvelous and I think in an ideal location for a family holiday in Orlando. Our party of six visited all the attractions and we travelled by car for no more than half an hour even to the Universal Studios. We had no problem geting provisions locally or food delivered and when in the evening we went out for a drink we had a reliable taxi service who were not expensive. The villa had everthing and more for our requirements and anyone who visits will not be disapointed given enough money we would live next door, you are so lucky.
