Great home away from home! Nice quiet neighbourhood.Close to all Orlando attractions. Enjoyed both pool and pool table,always a game before bed.

just returned from florida having spent 2 wondeful weeks in your villa-walked in to a real "wow" factor feeling-loved it from the minute we stepped onto your lovely soft carpets!!the upstairs really blew us away-amazing. this is our 3rd time in florida-and think we have now exhausted it-(and ourselves)-but would most definitely recommend your house to all our friends.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful house, everything about it was fantastic from start to finish. The location was an ideal base for easy access to all the disney parks, sea world, international drive etc...(once you mastered driving on the wrong side of the road!!) The house was perfect in every way, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need and so spacious, the kids loved the idea of coming "home" from a hectic day in the parks to play in our own pool!(whilst the adults relaxed in the hot tub with a bottle of bud or eight!!) The estate was also lovely and so well kept and the neighbours were friendly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending your house to anybody and would absolutely love to return at some point in the future. Finally we would all like to thank you so much Paula, we truly had a holiday of a lifetime and my father in law had a 65th birthday he will never ever forget, this was largely due to your perfect accommodation and your helpfulness. Thanks again, The Rock family.

Wonderful home and place to stay. Very close to all the ammusments and quick on and off to the major roads. The Stocks are nice folks to deal with and the home was represented exactly as it was..excellent. I would recommend highly. Mike Anderson Men's tennis coach Radford University

Me and the rest of my family and friends had a great time, the house was AMAZING! The whole of the house was spotless, the bedrooms were also very comfy. All the people were so nice and we would definatly go again. The house was very homey and welcoming.

A beautiful home set in a most convenient position only 10/15 mins driving distance of most major attractions. Spacious accommodation, well appointed, all mod cons and ideal for larger family or two families alike. Great to have own pool, kids just loved coming back from the theme parks and having a dip and not to mention the hot tub for the adults! Can't wait to go again.

The house was perfect for our family.Beautiful, just as described. A great neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Paula was most helpful. And we appreciated the dining reccomendations.If we return to the area we will certainly try to rent again. Thank you again.

Absolutly F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S!!! the villa was "out of this world!"... we couldnt have wished for better accomodation...the interior was spot on and the pool was extremely clean and well kept! The location was just perfect... just a short ride to all the parks and amenities. we would DEFINATELY go again! :0)

Hi Paula & Kevin, Just wanted to say a massive thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable! Your home was a fantastic base for our family. Our two daughters are now teenagers & it is so important to us that we hold on to the family unit as much as possible & your home certainly helped us to achieve that, there wasn't one argument! The house offered us all the room & facilities we needed & more. A bathroom for each of us, a games room to enjoy a challenging game of pool & our very own swimming pool & comfortable sun loungers for those relaxing days to help charge our batteries to name but a few. The local ammeneties/shops were great & the location of the house was fantastic being only 10/15 minutes drive from Disney & convenient enough to explore other areas of interest that Florida has to offer. Your beautiful home gave us the ability of being able to balance between the long exhausting days of Disney & the relaxing times around the house & pool. I could go on but I think I've made my families fantastic views & experience clear however, I would just like to finish by saying that I would not hesitate to recommend your wonderful home to anybody thinking of staying in Florida!! Paula, We had such a wonderful time in your home. It is beautiful! I never want to stay in a hotel again. This is the way to go. All of the Disney parks were within a quick 20 min. or less ride. No traffic hassles - even for the first two weeks in July. With only four of us, many people said why did we need all that space - but why not? We could have paid more and gotten less, but that just didn't make sense!!!! Each of the kids had their own rooms to retreat to when they wanted their space. I got to go to bed or watch what I wanted on TV without the kids running around. We've never had a pool, so having one to ourselves was fantastic. It's all I could think of when we were coming back from the parks! Even the "down time" at the house was fun for the kids. We spent the 4th of July at the house having a picnic with "foo foo" drinks by the pool, hamburgers and hot dogs (purchased at one of the nearby supermarkets), and then relaxed and watched a movie in the evening. Your home has it all - great location, space, nice community, close to shopping and restaurants, and close enough that we even went to the gulf coast for the day. Almost forgot the convenience of the washer and dryer. Even though I brought WAY too many clothes, I still was able to wash the things that we needed. Just throw a load in before heading out to the pool! Anyone who would like more information can email me. I'd be happy to answer any questions. Paula is a wonderful hostess and made me feel comfortable about booking over the internet. She was always willing to answer questions and even checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. All in all, a great vacation and a wonderful place to call our temporary home!

Many thanks Paula for letting us your beautiful villa. The house, estate and area are all marvelous and I think in an ideal location for a family holiday in Orlando. Our party of six visited all the attractions and we travelled by car for no more than half an hour even to the Universal Studios. We had no problem geting provisions locally or food delivered and when in the evening we went out for a drink we had a reliable taxi service who were not expensive. The villa had everthing and more for our requirements and anyone who visits will not be disapointed given enough money we would live next door, you are so lucky. Once again many thanks and we look forward to visiting again we all had a fantastic holiday one not to be forgotten. Yours Mick, Anne, Bob, Pam Graham and Bev.

We enjoyed staying at your home. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party. The only thing I would recommend is that there would be more larger bowls for serving food. Also we only had one wash cloth. There were plenty of towels. We like being able to rent a house so we can cook meals instead of having to go out to eat all the time. Your house is lovely. Thank you for sharing it with us.

It was a wonderful vacation due in large part to the great accomodations. It was great to come home after a long day at Disney and enjoy the pool and hot tub. What a great place, really is everything you need after a day at the parks!! It took less than 10mins into disney! my boys are only two and five and loved every minute of the holiday and that was down to been able to relax in your lovely home, for the big kids the pool table was great! the laundry room,the fridge,only wish i could live there!! thank you again, 2 weeks is not enought, Can't wait to go back... Thank you for the villa, we really had a wonderful time. It was great coming home after a long day at Disney, especially to the pool and hot tub. We were able to go to and from Disney in about 15 minutes. It was commented on many nights on the way home that we were glad we didn't get a place in Kissimmee, as there was a long line of traffic heading in that direction. We spent the 24th and 25th at the villa, just relaxing and enjoying. It made Christmas more meaningful to have us all together and we were able to have a big Christmas supper together at the villa instead of going out to a restaurant. We also took a small Christmas tree to have the presents under. The kids had a ball in the pool, even on a day when it was raining, they were out in the pool. We all enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you again, for making our vacation so wonderful with the use of your villa.
