It is a beautiful ground floor unit in a 4-plex so no stairs and elevators to hassle with. The open patio is steps to lawn with a great back yard.
New 42" LCD-HDTV allows for great relaxation. The living and dining areas are large and roomy. You can tell the decorators touch with the coordinating window treatment, dining chairs, and bar stools. The sofa, love seat and chair with ottoman, provide comfortable seating and carry out the beach décor. The upscale art work compliments the warm and inviting vacation condo.
The kitchen has it all, from the beautiful black granite counter tops, to all you need to cook up great seafood. The octagonal bar is inviting to enjoy everything, from cocktails to playing cards. It keeps the beach theme light and lively with the metal sculptures that adds to the décor. A baker’s rack in the entrance welcomes keys and sunglasses for easy retrieval on the way out.
The bedrooms are very spacious with two double beds in each. The bed spreads are new and bright and combine with the art work to make it inviting. The rich wood furniture has marble tops. The large closets, bench and luggage racks takes the hassle out of luggage. The bedroom televisions with DVD/VCR, are mounted to the walls, to maximize space, yet are accessible to hook up games.
The large heated pool, picnic area with grills and tables, the play area and only minutes to the beach make this a most enjoyable family a vacation rental.
Just across the road from Captains Dave's On The Gulf Restaurant. A family friendly complex situated on 5 acres, yet only a 3 minute walk to the deeded beach access gate for the white sandy beach. There is plenty of room for beach chairs and toys.
