Our CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and CHARMING condo is the perfect place for your next Cancun vacation! This OCEANFRONT / BEACHFRONT condominium is situated in the southern part of the Hotel Zone. After a long day of fun, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the CARIBBEAN WAVES.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the WHITE SAND BEACH and MAGNIFICENT TURQUOISE water. Sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the BALCONY, the ocean breeze and PANORAMIC view will delight you.

Our NEWLY RENOVATED and DECORATED condo is well equipped with cable TV, telephone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and in-room safe.

FREE Wireless Internet is provided in a designated area if you bring our own laptop.

Feel the cool marble floors and indulge in our extra-roomy shower. Maid and linen services are included in your stay.

KITCHENETTE includes full-size frost-free refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, electric can-opener, GeorgeForeman grill, dishes, and cooking utensils. Everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Stay in and cook dinner yourself or venture out to one of the many fabulous restaurants in Cancun. Another alternative is to join others at poolside enjoying a lighter dinner at our Palapa Bar & Grill.

Soak up the sunshine and relax on a poolside lounge chair while indulging in a tropical drink. Take long walks on the best beach in Cancun or cool off in our INFINITY Swimming Pool. Children too can appreciate their play area of this swimming pool.

There is a handy mini-mart, gift shop, laundry mat, and Palapa Bar & Grill in the complex. If you prefer to shop downtown, transportation is very convenient. You can catch a bus which stops every 2 or 3 minutes just outside our 24 hour SECURITY GATE. Shopping malls, flea markets, restaurants, site-seeing, and night life are all just minutes away.

Our Property Manager Christopher, lives in this same building. If you have questions or need a hand, he is there for your convenience.

The building is equipped with wheel-chair access.

  • Just a note to say hello and tell you I had a fantastic time in Cancun. The condo has the best beach and a beautiful pool! The little ladies at the Palapas Bar were my favorite. I hung out with them quite a bit. We couldn't understand each other very well, but it was entertaining trying to communicate! I walked South down the beach (like you suggested) and saw incredible tide pools of tropical baby fish, after I made it past all the Iguanas! That was a awesome experience. The weather was perfect everyday. I had a great vacation. Chris is the perfect property manager and I greatly appreciated getting to meet him. I hope you can come visit West Yellowstone one day!

  • "Karen and Guy's condo is beautiful, clean, well kept and and is exactly as pictured on their VRBO website. The view from their balcony is breathtaking and simply spectacular. You are right on the ocean and can sleep with the patio doors open at night, with the sound of the waves to lull you to sleep and the ocean breezes blowing over you as you sleep. Pure heaven. We liked the set up of the place in that you get your own individual entrance and it truly feels like a little home. It's very private and very quiet. Chris, their property manager, is the friendliest, nicest, and most helpful person you'll ever meet. He'll greet you when you arrive and is always only a phone call away if you've got a question or concern or need some advice or help. And he's just SO super nice and accommodating. And then there are the beaches. If you're going for the weather, the beach and the swimming - it's the clearest, bluest, warmest water you'll ever dip your toe in, and you can see all sorts of fish, starfish and coral. The snorkeling is amazing (and addictive) and so fun and safe and beautiful. We highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing, laid back vacation in a beautiful, clean, well-maintained, quiet, friendly and safe complex."

  • My family and I stayed in this unit March 30 - April 6th. We were very impressed with the casual, relaxing atmosphere at this condo unit. We were travelling with our young boys aged 9 and 11 so the location and atmosphere was perfect for our first trip to Mexico. We spent most of our time at the pool as the red flags were up down by the ocean. A short walk down to Club Med provided calm ocean swimming when we were in the mood for the walk. We purchased groceries at Walmart and ate breakfast and lunch in our unit, and went out every night to a different spot for dinner to enjoy the street entertainers and see different parts of Cancun. Enjoyed shopping in Market 28 which is a short walk from Walmart, also attended church that the owners recommended which was in English and Spanish. We lucked out and got to meet the owners while we were vacationing. We were very impressed with their hospitality and genuine desire to offer us the best vacation deal for our visit to Mexico. Too bad we didn't have more time and money as we would have stayed for a month!! We will definitely be recommending this unit to our friends and family.

  • I found Condo 3212 on VRBO 91581 and the owner was friendly, helpful, and replied promplty to any e-mails. The Condo is not 5 star quality, (nor are you paying 5 star prices) but it is clean, comfortable, spacious and has a balcony that overlooks the pool and beach. I didn't want to spend a lot on an expensive hotel room considering we would be spending most of our time out and about. It was just what I was looking for. The condo is located towards the southern end of the Hotel Zone which is more of a family atmosphere than the "spring break"/Bourbon Street crowd of the Northern end of the Hotel Zone. The security was great and they had coin-operated laundry center and little stores that were convenient. I was very impressed how clean the place is. I would definetly recommend this place.

  • This was a great condo. We had a wonderful time, felt safe with the security, the Palapa bar was great, the people were friendly... The owner was very helpful and the manager on the property was very nice and helpful as well. The beach was great and relaxing. It was far enough south of the Hotel Zone to get away from the "spring break" crowd and it was more of a family and European crowd. It was fabulous and I would definetly recommend this condo.

  • This little condo is GREAT! My husband and I had no problem 'moving right in'. After we went grocery shopping and put everything away, this was truly OUR LITTLE HOME AWAY FROM HOME. It has everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. When we arrived at Cancun Plaza we picked up the keys with Chris the Property Manager. He is such a nice person and answered all our questions regarding Cancun. Guy & Karen own this condo and they are extremely honest & accomodating. We have already reserved for next year and can hardly wait. GRACIAS! GRACIAS! GRACIAS!

  • This is a terrific, cozy, and affordable condo. Owners keep it clean and updated. Kitchenette is small but all a traveler needs and full-size refriderator is great. My husband and I have travelled for many years and enjoyed this quaint condo probably much more than pricier places. Great beds and decor has personality. Super location for Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Playa Del Carmen, Tulum, Mayan Riviera, Cozumel, etc. Yes - we will book this Cancun Condo 3212 for future vacations.

  • This was our second trip to Cancun Plaza where the beach is along the best stretch of beach in all of Cancun. These particular accomodations were much more comfortable than our earlier vacation. We enjoyed the location and view from the balcony and would recommend this condo to anyone that wants a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay.   • This studio unit is conveniently located, directly on the ocean, with a beautiful white sandy beach and turquoise surf. It is clean, comfortable, and safe, in a very quiet and yet totally accessible location, right on the bus line. The property owners are polite, attentive, and honest, and the on-site manager Chris is great! We spent the entire month of January 2007 there, and plan to return in 2008. With a few bus/taxi trips to Costco and Wal-mart for food and other necessities, we were able to live very cheaply, yet enjoyed a lovely vacation. If you are looking for a pampered resort atmosphere, go to a major hotel and pay lots of money for one week, but if you want to experience the excitement and also enjoy the relaxation of Cancun in an interesting and safe location, you can stay here for a month for less than a week in most hotels.
