"Mt. Rose" is a modern home with old world charm located in the beautiful "Old Southwest" section of Reno, only five minutes from downtown Reno.
This gorgeous 3300 square foot home truly has something for everyone. There are two wet bars, a four person sauna with a large adjoining shower on the main floor near the bedrooms, and upstairs, you can enjoy comfortable leather seating while watching a big screen TV in a large media room with surround sound, skylights, a remote controlled gas fireplace, and a granite wet bar.
The home has five bedrooms (all with luxurious pillow-top mattresses), and four bathrooms on the main floor -- two of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the other three bedrooms have queen size beds (one also has a day bed with a slide out trundle.) For extra sleeping there is a second day bed and trundle upstairs in the media room. The home has four fireplaces and speakers are placed throughout the house.
On the private backyard patio, there is seating for twelve, a gas barbeque, and a pool table. The home has a two car garage and additional off-street parking.
The house has an electronic keyless entry. This system is easy to use and eliminates any possible problems with lost keys. (You also won't have to drive around trying to find the place to pick up your keys when you arrive). Our customers love it.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
Regular rates (2 night minimum):$3,100/week .. $1,275/3 nights .. $1,200/2 nights
(Sorry, but due to increased prices, we have had to raise our 2 night rates.
Hot August Nights, Street Vibrations, & Dec 22-Jan 1 (3 night minimum):
$3,500 per week .. $1,650 three nights
A refundable $500 damage deposit is required.
13% local room tax for stays under 28 days not included in rates.
$150 cleaning fee required.
Monthly rates are also available.
