My family and I vacationed in wildwood and stayed in this condo. We were very disappointed. It was definitely not updated. It was not clean. We had to come in and clean it. The matresses and pillows were old with stains. We even went out and bought matresses covers. The bathrooms were old and not clean. There was mold and mildew on the shower curtain as well as the glass shower doors. The tile tub was old and chipped. The shower head and drains were rusted. The vents in both the bathrooms and bedrooms had mold and were rusted. The condo portrayed in the description was not what we received. The living room and kitchen were ok. The owner definitely needs a new cleaning service and also shoulld update the bathrooms. The rugs in both the bedrooms and living room had a musty smell. Luckily the weather was beautiful so we spent the majority of our time outside. If I was not travelling with 3 children I would have tried to find another rental. Also, the owner did not leave a phone number to be reached at, everything had to be explained through email( by the condo manager). On a postive note the location was great. 1 block to the beach. Also, the outside ammenties provided by the condo association were very well maintained and the clean( pool, Sundeck and gas grills). I would not return or recommend this condo to anyone.
Owner response:We have rented our unit for over 5 years now and have never had a complaint. Our unit is in very good condition and has had many renovations over the past several years. Our cleaners do an excellent job and the unit is cleaned before each rental. The tenant that left the day this tenant came in, and the tenant that arrived the day after this tenant left were both very pleased with the unit, the location, and the value......in fact, they both indicated they want to come back next season, as is the case with most of my renters.......there are always some people who are impossible to please no matter what you do, however, we manage to maintain a satisfaction ratio of over 98%.
