Comes with a Washer & Dryer, 5 Bicycles for easy cruising to the beach, child tricycle, 8 Beach Chairs, 2 Beach Umbrellas, Beach Wagon, Baby Jogging Stroller, Baby Highchair and Pack & Play Crib.

Amazing family friendly house

The house is exactly as describe and was the perfect spot for our small family. It was conveniently located a short walk to the beach and my kids were thrilled when they saw the number of dump trucks and beach toys in the basement. Maureen was wonderful to coordinate with and we would absolutely stay there again.

The perfect beach house vacation

We were so happy to arrive at this very charming beach house located by the best beach in Montauk call ditch plains. We could take our bikes to the beach or walk the distance was incredible. The home was very charming with lots of love everywhere. So grateful to have found this little slice of heaven.
