Full sofa sleeper, 27’’ TV with cable, DVD/VCR combo, Stereo CD player. Fully equipped kitchen with Range, Full size fridge/freezer with icemaker, Washer and Dryer conveniently located in unit. Large furnished private balcony to lounge and watch the sun rise and set, the gorgeous ocean or your kids in the pool. Two toilets, two sinks, one bath/shower, all towels provided. Kitchen fully stocked (just like home); Everything you need - Dining table and bar with chairs. Amenities: Air conditioning, Stereo, Pool, Hot Tub or Jacuzzi, Microwave, Dishwasher, Full kitchen, Washer, Dryer, No pets allowed, Linens provided, Cookware and utensils provided, Charcoal BBQ, Ceiling fans, Washer/Dryer in unit (a real plus!) Activities (on site or nearby): Biking, Fishing, Golf, Tennis, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Boating, Surfing, Exercise facilities, Parasailing, Jet skiing. No one under 21 can rent property. Weekly rentals only during Spring Break and Summer (Saturday to Saturday). Check-in 3:00 p.m./Check-out 10:00 a.m. Security deposit required and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit and keys returned. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate residency with anyone.

Late Fall:    Oct 1-Nov 30, 2008 .. $ 500/wk includes cleaning fee.
Winter:       Dec 01-Feb 28, 2008 .. $ 900 mo (3 mo minimum).
