This is a great spot for a family vacation. This three (3) bedroom, three (3) bath home comfortably sleeps six and can easily handle up to eight. There is a downstairs family room/den, kitchen & bath and upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room and a living room with a wet bar. A patio and small grass yard on the property provides room for relaxing after a day at the beach. There is a two car garage and parking for an additional three cars on site. A fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry Room and all the comforts of home await you. There are boogie boards, a soft top surfboard and a 'sit on top' kayak available for use. House is located in North Hermosa, 1/2 way between Manhattan Pier and Hermosa Pier. Fifteen minutes from LAX; 30 minutes to West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area; 30 minutes to downtown Los Angeles or Hollywood; 45 minutes to Orange County; two hours to San Diego, Santa Barbara, or Palm Springs.
