Enjoy a short two block walk to the magnificent Hermosa Beach. A beautiful wide sand beach and wonderful Southern California ocean. This is a great spot for a family vacation.
This three (3) bedroom, three (3) bath home comfortably sleeps six and can easily handle up to eight. There is a downstairs family room/den, kitchen & bath and upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a laundry room and a living room with a wet bar. A patio and small grass yard on the property provides room for relaxing after a day at the beach.
There is a two car garage and parking for an additional three cars on site. A fully equipped Kitchen, Laundry Room and all the comforts of home await you.
There are boogie boards, a soft top surfboard and a 'sit on top' kayak available for use.
House is located in North Hermosa, 1/2 way between Manhattan Pier and Hermosa Pier. Fifteen minutes from LAX; 30 minutes to West Los Angeles/Santa Monica area; 30 minutes to downtown Los Angeles or Hollywood; 45 minutes to Orange County; two hours to San Diego, Santa Barbara, or Palm Springs.

As I've told you, our first surprise when John looked at the place and then upon our arrival was how roomy it is! We had no idea from the web site that the upstairs living room was so large! Also, couldn't believe all the cupboard, drawer space everywhere! The three bathrooms worked out beautifully for each bedroom to have their own bathroom as well! Not as important to us but I'm certain very important to others and can't say we didn't enjoy - the wonderful furnishings! We would have expected mismatched furnishings - not full sets of dishes, wonderful couch, etc and fun decor! My daughter (who will be married this summer) was excited thinking she might register for the cookware until we looked on line and it was far too expensive! We certainly enjoyed using it! You all went out of your way to give us some Christmas decor, provide helmets for the bicycles (which I enjoyed thoroughly), be available if we had a need and yet never give us the feeling we were being watched over! Appreciated the opportunity to ride the bikes one more time after check out while the gal was cleaning up and being able to leave our food stuff in the fridge a bit longer as well. I don't believe the wireless internet was mentioned on the website and we certainly made good use of that as well! Our pianist enjoyed playing some Christmas carols for us. We were also amazed to find all the supplies there for our use - a tremendous savings when you buy all of those. I told you I'd send you about the surfing instructor the girls liked so well. Unfortunately I'm not certain but I believe it was through campsurf_com. I'll check that out and let you know if that is incorrect. The instructor we thought was so great was Jeff. Again, we all were very happy with our "find". You can be sure we will keep it in mind and highly recommend it to anyone we can think of that might be looking for such a place. Our best to you all!
