Nestled within the gated golfing community of April Sound, offering, a fitness center, a boat launch, an aquatic driving range, 2 putting greens, a 3 pool swimming complex, and 2 dining facilities, where Sunday brunch is served each and every Sunday. Additionally, we provide fishing poles for teaching the kids to fish right from your deck. Whether you are sunning or grilling on the deck, relaxing to the beautiful sun sets or playing some pool or ping pong in the game room, you will discover this rental offers plenty of elbow room, to compliment your stay.

  • It was the perfect size for the bride and her side of the wedding party. It was clean and the new deck provided a perfect view of the most beautiful sunset after a magical day. We are lakers but it was also fun in October. We would not hesitate to come back again and would recommend it to others.

  • Our CRS Group had a wonderful time. This is an annual event for a group of retired ladies who love the water and love to shop. The Woodlands, outlet malls and Old Town Spring provided that. The house was a wonderful gathering place and cozy for visiting. The decks were great and the weather was perfect. The one downside was that one of the ladies in the group was a "pool shark" and kept everyone on their toes! The security in April Sound is phenominal....ask all who we accidentally left off the list! I would recommend this place for special ocassions, holidays or just a getaway. Thank you Dawn and Tom for your hospitality! Look forward to another visit. Brenda Jones and Alice Jacobson
