The Unique Benefits at this Condo
This is a great area from which to base, and to explore not only local but regional attractions. Lots to do in the summer or winter. We're only a 45 minute drive from Jackson; close enough for access to their offerings and far enough away to be MUCH more quiet and relaxed! I'm always happy to help facilitate activities, or at least give some helpful local/regional hints.

Great Place to Stay

This condo( 2 bdrms.) was perfect for my family. There was plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. I liked sitting on the balcony every morning just listening to the stream and enjoying my coffee. The location was perfect as a home base for sightseeing. We enjoyed driving over the mountain to Jackson Hole and the Grand Tetons. But I will say, Yellowstone is a bit further (1-1/2 to 2 hrs.) and worth the trip, which we did twice. We really had alot of fun at the Driggs Drive-In ( a first for my kids) and the homemade milkshakes were the best! We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home. David was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful. If we come out this way again, we will definitely stay here. Thanks again.

I'm a value shopper, so naturally I compared prices with other, similar vacation rentals. I also knew from TripAdvisor that this property comes highly recommended. This condo at first seemed a bit more expensive than the others, but upon reading the reviews I decided it was probably worth it. I stayed at the condo for four (4) nights in mid-October. I've never had such a good sleep except for in my own bed! Since I was taking advantage of the great outdoors and having an active vacation, I care about my sleep. The king-size bed has a heated mattress pad with controls for both sides of the bed. You can enjoy the serenity of the resort while still being close enough to the grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, etc. The place was super quiet and sure beats a hotel. It has a great interior design for feeling cozy and at home while taking it up a notch with resort-like amenities. I'll definitely return for ski season and for hiking in the summer- same great location for activities of all seasons. No question in my mind that all of the extras (did I mention that bed?!) way more than justified any difference in price; definitely a better value.

We spent 3 days in September. The signs of fall were just starting to appear. This condo location is great for bikers/hiking/mountain biking. The road to Targhee is right out the door. Good location for Targhee access, and far enough from Drigg, but not too far. Condo facilites are new, clean, well laid out. Owners were great to work with and made it very easy to use the condo.

This condo was perfect in all respects. It was clean, up-to-date, and well equipped. We enjoyed both decks - a delightful place to have some appetizers and drinks after an exhausting day of touring and hiking. The owner was easy with which to communicate and he gave us good instructions. When we return to the area, this for sure will be our choice for lodging.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in the 1 BR/1 Bath condo. Very comfortable, great location and the condo included all amenities one would need while on vacation. The owner (David) was exectremely helpful and forthcoming with advice on activities in the area. Great experience. Hope to come back soon.

We recently stayed in the 1-Bedroom condo and it was wonderful. The location of the condo is perfect - easily accessible to town and lots of activities. The condo itself was immaculate and it was equipped with all the items that you need for a great stay. The balcony was probably our favorite feature as it overlooks wooded land with a bubbling creek (thanks to snow melt). You instantly feel relaxed just sitting there. We spent about a week in the Jackson Hole area. During the first part of our trip, we stayed in downtown Jackson. After spending one night in the condo, we wondered why we didn't stay there for our whole vacation! Sometimes you never know what you get when renting a home from someone. I must say that David was an absolute joy to rent from. He's very attentive and will help you with anything you need for your stay. Thanks, David, for the fabulous accommodations. We look forward to returning!

If you're looking for a home away from home this is the place! Super comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. Great kitchen for fixing meals (really nice grocery store just 10 minutes away or bring your own food). We ate breakfast and dinner there every day and could have easily made sandwiches to take up to the mountain. Convenient and HUGE savings - not having to eat out if you don't want to. The location is perfect - 15 minutes to Targhee and less than 10 to town. This in itself is reason enough to rent here but there's also a fantastic owner who is a terrific host. In addition, there are all the nice touches like the "welcome goody basket", comfortable furniture, family games and even a few movies (or bring your own). The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and gadgets (coffee pot, blender, toaster, pizza cutter, etc, etc), not to mention coffee & coffee filters, tea, and basic cooking items like salt, cooking oil, etc. If you're looking for the very best bang for your buck don't look any further and sign up quick. This gem won't last.

Stayed in the two-bedroom with some friends over President's Day weekend. The condo was wonderful, with lots of personal touches to make it extra-special. This condo is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed, reasonably priced for how nice it is, and very convenient to everything in the area. Thanks David for your great communication, follow-through, and warm welcome. Skiers: I heartily recommend making the drive to Jackson Hole, as well as skiing Targhee while you're there; Jackson is awesome, and--like the condo--well worth the money. Take advantage of their free morning guided tour of the mountain, it was great, and the ski school lesson and instructor were the best I've ever had at any ski area.

We were completely thrilled with this condo and the owner's "above and beyond" service, from the responsive emails, to keeping the place well stocked for our many cooking adventures to following up with us on items left behind. The unit is very comfy and clean, with great beds and close to the hot tubs. We can't wait to come back next year and enjoy the great Targhee snow!

My wife and I stayed in David's condo over New Years 2011. The condo was clean and well furnished. We found the pictures David sent us to be very representative of the condo. The condo is located between Driggs and Grand Targhee, and is only a short drive to either. David was a great host. He helped us with directions during our arrival in a winter storm, and also supplied some good restaurant recommendations. It was a great vacation and we hope to come back soon.
