Newer building with just 10 residential units bordering beautiful Grayton Beach State Park. On the north side of Hwy 30-A, across from Big Redfish Lake and on the edge of Blue Mountain Beach. Private beach access via wooden boardwalk through lush tropical foliage to secluded and quiet beach (a 15-minute walk). Guests may enjoy use of beach chairs, bicycles and beach towels in unit. Community features pools, tennis courts, fitness center and clubhouse.

Beautifully furnished unit. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar in open kitchen. King bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom plus queen sleeper sofa in living room. Televisions in both bedrooms and in living area. Large balcony with two tables. Master bath has separate oversized shower, jetted garden tub and long vanity with two sinks.

Subway sandwich shop on main floor of building. Many excellent restaurants nearby. Bicycle paths along 30-A take you to nearby attractions in Watercolor, Seaside, Santa Rosa and beyond.

  • This condo is extremely well furnished and almost brand new as of our trip on May, 2007. The owner was very helpful, providing us with tons of local information and stuff to use during your stay (such as bikes, beach towels, etc.). We visited over memorial day weekend and there were very few people on the clean and beautiful beach that the condo has private access to. It looks like there may be a large resort going in across the street, but that is not yet completed. The condo is very close to everything on Highway 30-A and we would definitely stay here again when we get the chance to go back to Florida!
