Relax and enjoy the 94 feet of waterfront that this Spring Lake Cottage has to offer. Bring your boat, Sea-Doos, kayaks, fishing pole, bikes, rollerblades, or just a good book to enjoy during your stay.

Spend your days on all-sports Spring Lake with deep water access to Lake Michigan, or sit out on the 10'x 94' deck perched out over the water. A dock will allow you to tie up your boat between visits to the Grand Haven Channel or Lake Michigan. The deck is equipped with a patio table and relaxing adiraondak chairs where you can enjoy the sun or shade, and the breezes that flow off the lake.

Go inside this newly remodeled cottage and enjoy hardwood floors throughout with "Pottery Barn" style decorating. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook a great meal or prepare snacks. There are two bedrooms and a full bath off the dining area. Each bedroom allows sleeping for two. One bedroom has twin bunk beds and the other a king size bed. The dining room offers seating for four. The living room contains a couch, love seat, overstuffed chair and views of the lake! There is a sitting room off of the living room that houses the TV/DVD and also contains a futon couch that folds out for sleeping additional guests. Upstairs you will find a finished attic with 2 full size beds and plenty of room for children to play. The 3-Seasons Room will allow you to experience the sights and sounds of the lake, day or night!

But don't forget, you are also only 100 yards from a paved walking/biking trail that encircles the lake! By car, you are 10 minutes from picturesque downtown Grand Haven, the Lakes Mall, two golf gourses, two grocery stores, miniature golf, a boat launch and much more!

Labor Day 08-Memorial Day 09...$ 700/week...negotiable monthly rates.
Receipt of $250 security deposit and 50% of rental fee will secure booking
Remaining balance due at time of check in.
Deposit will be refunded after inspection of property.
