Seafront Porch, Pool, Sand, Sea = Relaxation - Placencia, Belize Inclusive Vacation Apartment A family, including small children, or a couple wanting a bit of extra room, will find the vacation apartment accommodations at Bahia Laguna very appealing. That is assuming that the swimming pool right outside the door and the 500' of private Caribbean beach a few steps farther are also on the must have list. The kids will face the challenge of climbing the sand "mountains" built on the beach or feeding the turtles in the courtyard pond. At days end meander up to the roof top sundeck and enjoy a view of the Maya Mountains, the inner and outer Lagoons and the sun setting. Bahia Laguna is located on the Placencia Peninsula just north of Seine Bight Village and just a little over two miles north of the Placencia Airstrip. Bahia Laguna is situated on 10 acres of land fronting 500 feet on the Caribbean Sea and extends westward across the peninsula to include 500' frontage on the Placencia Lagoon. The lagoon, which is connected to the sea, provides excellent fishing and boating. A lagoon marina area has been partially excavated. The apartment is an 1116 square foot, fully furnished home, containing an enclosed seafront porch with hammock, table and chairs; living room with couch and love seat, TV, table and chairs; bathroom; bedroom with queen-size bed,and a second bedroom/closet furnished with bunk beds and a single bed. The building is solid masonry construction which provides a cool, comfortable & bug free living environment. Bahia Laguna is a non-smoking accommodation. There is a large side porch/landing private entrance and attached 93 square foot storage room outside, all walled and gated with direct access to the swimming pool. On the seaside of the building is a 'family' style pool designed with children in mind. It features a series of plateaus- ---(also great for adults working on a tan while staying cool)-- enabling children of any age to enjoy water at their comfort depth within arms reach of lounging parents. There is a water slide for the swimmers as well as one (separated) side of the pool designed for lap swimming. A private sea-shielded parking area is adjacent to the apartment. Short term guests are also provided with use of bicycles, all necessary kitchen pots, pans, dishes and silverware, toilet paper, soaps, towels, and bedding. Seine Bight Village restaurants, take-outs, and a mini-store are also within walking distance. Bahia Laguna can arrange air travel reservations for flights between the Belize International Airport and the Placencia Airstrip which includes airstrip pickup/return and baggage handling at no extra charge.

$160/night(3 night minimum.) .. $1000/week (7 nights).  Up to 2 adults minor
children . $25/night for each additional adult. 9% govt. room tax will be added to
rental rate.  Deposit of 30% required at time of reservation.
Balance due 30 days before arrival. 10% cancellation fee up to 20 days before
arrival. No refund after that unless apartment is rented by someone else.
