Lovely, bright cottage steps from private beach near Cooks Brook beach. Rooftop deck with stunning views of Cape Cod Bay and Wellfleet bluff; incredible sunsets. House is in private Silver Springs Association on sandy road with white shell driveway. Completely renovated, sleeps four to six persons. Two full bedrooms and one extra room in addition to open living room, kitchen, dining. Immaculate. Cottage is year-round.
Amenities include fully applianced and equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, CD/Radio, beach chairs, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Webber grill in private back yard. Roof deck with teak seating for sunset toasts or to enjoy a panoramic view of the bay. Bedrooms include pillows and blankets.
House has direct access via sand path to public beach for easy small boat launch. Our private bayside beach is perfect for children. Sandbars stretch out of site at low tide inviting games of Beach Bocci, football, baseball and volleyball. Swim and boat at hightide or relax on the beach.

My husband, our dog and I recently had the privilege of staying at this wonderful cottage, though house would be the word I would use to describe it. The views are fantastic - certainly better than pictured here - and the house was homey, clean, bright and comfortable. The beach areas (both the private and the public) were sandy (not rocky, or sharp), clean and so close! And the sunsets, oh the sunsets... that was easily the most magnificent part. You can either watch the sunset from the privacy of the rooftop deck, or at the beaches with fellow water lovers. Very nice. The location is great - especially for dog owners - as most of the Coast Guard beaches (minutes away) allow dogs. The house is a bit tricky to find at first, but the privacy is wonderful. The kitchen is fully equipped, the laundry is efficient and works well, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom spacious, there are plenty of beach chairs and accessories in the basement... we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Our experience was wonderful, and I would happily rent this cottage again. Great for small children, pets and small families.
