House is in private Silver Springs Association on sandy road with white shell driveway. Completely renovated, sleeps four to six persons. Two full bedrooms and one extra room in addition to open living room, kitchen, dining. Immaculate. Cottage is year-round.
Amenities include fully applianced and equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, cable TV, DVD, CD/Radio, beach chairs, enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower. Webber grill in private back yard. Roof deck with teak seating for sunset toasts or to enjoy a panoramic view of the bay. Bedrooms include pillows and blankets.
House has direct access via sand path to public beach for easy small boat launch. Our private bayside beach is perfect for children. Sandbars stretch out of site at low tide inviting games of Beach Bocci, football, baseball and volleyball. Swim and boat at hightide or relax on the beach.
