Our spacious 900 square foot villa is located on Pelican Beach at Seabrook Island. The sunset view from our deck is spectacular. There is a boardwalk located out our back door which takes you over the dunes to the water. Seabrook Island is a gorgeous, natural, gated community. The beaches are pristine and never crowded. Our renters have full usage of all the amenities of the club of Seabrook Island.
Our villa has a four star rating and is managed by a local real estate company. Personnel are available 24/7. Wireless internet is provided in our villa.
The location of our villa gives its occupants the option of walking to the pool, beach club, fitness center and golf course. The unit includes a big screen television and a queen size sleep sofa in the living room. There is a dining area and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a double roll away bed stored in a closet. There is a deck over looking dunes and the water which is perfect for a quiet dinner or relaxing with a good book. The sunsets are spectacular!
